Exploration of Cappadocia
This was an excellent dive into Cappadocia taking you into the history and culture. The coordination from Istanbul > Cappadocia > Istanbul was excellent and completely taken care of. The hotel room was not up to our expectations but we did find alternative accommodations.

It was an amazing experience!
From the process of booking for the hot air balloon flight right till the return to the hotel, the tour operator took very good care of us.
Communication was prompt and clear.
The hotel pick up was on time. The pre-flight breakfast was really filling as well.
Our pilots Izzet and Ibrahim were very professional and gave us lots of useful information during the flight. They did a fantastic job and made all of us feel safe and comfortable!
The views from the hot air balloon was spectacular. No words can do justice as to the amazing experience.
After landing, we were treated to drinks and cake, which was really good. We then got our flight medal and certificates.
Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had! Thanks and really well done to all the team!

Lovely views, safe...
Lovely views, safe flight, incredible experience. Good communication beforehand to schedule pickup time, and very responsive when the driver was running a bit late. The balloon flight itself was about 50 minutes. There are between 3-4 people in each section of the balloon, and as it keeps rotating you always manage to get a great view. Yes they try to sell you the video but they aren’t pushy about it. Do make sure you book your first morning you’re in Cappadocia - I was lucky that balloons were flying the day I booked, as the prior two days they were grounded.

Magical moments
My flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The company rescheduled the flight to next day. The time of rescheduled flight wasn’t same as the one I originally booked due to availability. But it was amazing to see other hot air balloons starting to fly on the way to the site. The magical beautiful moment already started in the car.
Preparation and their hard work was also a show. Once our hot air balloons started flying, it was the time of sun raise. We flew over monk valley and red valley. My family and I were mesmerised by the view.
My son’s height was a little over 120cm and his head was higher than basket with tiptoes. We were allocated at the corner of basket with small opening on the side. That helped him to lift his body higher for a long time.
At the end, we landed on trailer and I was amazed by pilot Soylez and his team’s skill.
It might be a little more expensive than other companies. But they are punctual and communicate well. So, if I come to Cappadocia again, I would fly with this company again.
