What are people saying about Tulum

Fun excursion with Lalo and Cancun Adventures
Lalo was an amazing tour guide and made our already exciting excursion much more interesting! Our driver Charlie was also great. We loved learning about the Mayan civilization in Tulum, swimming in the cenote and seeing a school of sardines and other beautiful fish in the lagoon. If you're adventurous or want to see another side of Cancun outside of resorts, we highly recommend this excursion. A few things to be aware of though. Definitely wear a rash guard if you burn easily since you will have to rinse off your sunscreen for the water activities. Water shoes, although not necessary, made our experience more comfortable in the cenote and lagoon. We brought our reusable water bottles to stay cool throughout the day, and were super glad we did so for Tulum. Our tour guide provided more water to refill our bottles throughout. In October it was super hot and humid so wear breathable clothes. Cancun adventures provides umbrellas for the sun which were so helpful. Lalo also saved us with bug spray in Tulum because those mosquitoes were killer. Lastly, like other reviews have said, it is a full day of driving and adventures so definitely bring snacks and be prepared to have a late dinner unless you live in Playa del Carmen/close to Tulum. We stayed in Playa Mujeres and got picked up at 6:45 am and got dropped off close to 7:45 pm. Overall, we have no regrets and would highly recommend Cancun Adventures.

Tulum, Turtles and Tequila!
Everything about this trip was perfect. From pick up to drop off we felt completely looked after. Erika and Juanluis were super accomodating and very knowledgable hosts. The ruins of Tulum are amazing and set against a beautiful backdrop. The main reason we came to Cancun was to see Turtles in the wild and we got more than we ever hoped for! The Cenote was different to anything I have ever experienced and is a sight to behold. Even the long journey from Planet Hollywood flew by. I cannot recommend this trip enough.

Collin was very nice and shared a lot of good information. He kept it interesting and was very friendly. The tour had good pacing. We stopped at Tulum first then a quick drive to the Mayan Village and Cenote. I could have spent longer in the Cenote but it was over all a fantastic experience!

Great, no frills tour of Chichen Itza!
You’ll have about 2 hours at Chichen Itza - an hour with the guide, an hour on your own. Enough to visit the “main” temples - but not enough if you want to visit the full site. More than enough for us - it was HOT! You’ll also be in a van for about 2-2.5 hours each way since they pick up folks at other resorts. They do make bathroom stops. Lunch is a turkey and ham sandwich that’s not all that good; bring your own food if you don’t want that. Make sure to also check ticket prices; we were asked to pay $50 for our tickets but others on our tour were only asked to pay $35 since they booked through a different agency (through their hotel). Cancun Adventures was the company that actually ran the tour. Overall, recommend this if you just want to see Chichen Itza!

Tulum tours offer unique ways to interact with the region's nature, history, and adventure. Explore some of the Yucatan’s best-known archeological sites, including the Tulum ruins, or prioritize adrenaline and adventure with ziplines or all-night exploration of the jungle. And in Tulum, the party is always there when you want it—tequila tours and adventure park admission tickets with open bars are also on offer. Whatever vibe you're after, Tulum has something for you.
