We had an amazing experience on the Great Ocean Drive, and a big part of that was thanks to Jools, our tour guide for the day. Jools genuinely took great care of the group, making sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the journey. What really stood out was the effort to take a few thoughtful detours along the way, giving us the chance to spot wildlife we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Those moments made the trip feel much more special and memorable. Jools was also incredibly patient throughout the day, never rushing us and always allowing plenty of time at each stop—whether it was for meals or simply soaking in the stunning lookout points. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and well-paced. Overall, a fantastic guide who clearly cares about delivering a great experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel pick-up service made everything so easy and stress-free from the start. Bill our guide was excellent. He made the seemingly long tour much more enjoyable. John is an excellent guide with a lot of information about Melbourne and the wildlife in the area. Get to the viewing stands early so you get a good seat on the right side or middle of the stands. Walk along the left side of the boardwalk when leaving as you will see more penguins in their natural habitat.

Am hoping you get this review of my Booking Ref 1356733365, Wed, 4 March 2026, Puffing Billy and Rainforest. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and while I do not recall our guide's name, he was excellent. He led us through the rainforest, answered numerous questions and provided a great deal of information. Then he took us to the train station and made sure we all had tickets, explained time and place for pick up. He came with the group and took photos as we sat on the train windows; he also drove to a place where the train passed and took photos for the group, which was above and beyond! The train and sightseeing...

The train and sightseeing were great. Our driver/guide Simon, was terrific. He kept us happy on the long drive to and from Phillip Island. Unfortunately only a few penguins participated that night. Our only complaint was that the van used was uncomfortable. Our knees were against the seat in front and there was no place under the seat to stretch out our legs. We are not particularly tall.

The half day wine tour...

The half day wine tour was great and we got to visit three different wineries, which were all pretty different. We opted for the gin tasting which was a great choice and got to try a lot of different gins. Jenny was a great tour guide and came with a lot of energy and interesting details about the area during the drive. She even followed up with restaurant recommendations for us after the tour. Definitely recommend for wine tasting in the Yarra Valley

Go and do it!!

What an experience! Communication ahead of the day was great and clear. The crew were brilliant - fun but took your safety very seriously. Getting involved in setting up and taking down the balloon was very cool. The air balloon ride itself was magic - amazing to see the sunrise and also the city from above! Felt very comfortable and would highly recommend
