Lose yourself in a sea of color at ArtVo, an interactive art space in The District Docklands, a short distance from the Melbourne CBD. As visitors explore more than 100 paintings across 11 themed zones, they are encouraged to touch and interact with the art. Take a selfie against angel wings or a backdrop of the Taj Mahal. What To Expect

With your tickets to ArtVo already organized and ready to be used, you’ll enjoy a simple arrival that lets you get straight to experiencing the gallery.

Once inside, you’ll receive a brief introductory talk and then are free to independently explore the gallery’s immersive exhibits and themed zones. Walking around to admire the gallery’s paintings, interacting with displays, and taking selfies generally takes most visitors between one or two hours, but there is no time limit, allowing you to set the pace of your visit.

Get a new profile picture with angel wings, make it look like you’re riding a gondola in Venice, or a selfie at the Taj Mahal; ArtVo and its 11 themed zones provide ample opportunities for fun family-friendly photos.

Amazing art work unfortunately during our visit most of the artwork had been destroyed and some in process of being redone. It is now closed so that can happen. Owners were great to deal with. Once reopened I would highly recommend

Booked a trip to ArtVo as one of the activities on a bachelorette’s day out. We weren’t told when booking that it was under renovation with quite a few of the exhibits closed. There was caution tape and paintings taped off with paint left lying around. Worst of all, we were all charged full price without being told this in advance. When we arrived at ArtVo, the reception was dark and no one was around to be found. I had been in the past and the experience had been awesome and lots of fun. I thought it was make for lots of fun, some photo opportunities and a good laugh with the girls. Very disappointed we weren’t given a heads up when booking as it was a let down of the day of festivities.

Wonderful Experience and Very Unique.It is quite large so allow for around 2 hours to get right round to do all the photo Activities and Three if with a Bigger Group.Is worth it and takes some Amazing 3D Photos

The entrance is a bit...

The entrance is a bit difficult to find at the back of a shopping center. Try not to bring a bag if you don't want it in pictures no place to leave it. The venue is a labyrinth of detailed realistic paintings you are able to interact with and take creative photos. Most of the scenes are fantasy based and highly detailed. There are instructions demonstrating the optimal photographic technique. Fun, interactive activity for the whole family. Would recommend.
