Very knowledgeable on the...
Very knowledgeable on the Vatican, Sistine chapel and museum. Very polite, was happy to answer questions and managed to keep the group together despite the huge crowds Many times she did not have the microphone close to her mouth and in heavy attended places it was difficult to hear her so I feel we missed some things

Fabulous
Our guide with Maya Tours was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind while dealing with difficult children on the tour and her knowledge about the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basillica was astounding.

Sistine Chapel
It was a very good tour, Ricardo was very informative. I just wish there was more time spent in the Sistine Chapel. We were able to walk by ourselves but it was loud in the room which was supposed to be quiet.

A whistle stop tour of the history and treasures
We loved the tour with Anna. Every staff member we passed greeted her and it was like being hosted by the owner. We loved the way she shared about her favourite pieces, she has done the tour for 12 years and had opinions about the art as well as knowledge on the history. We could have had less time in the Sistine chapel and more in St Peter’s Basilica but otherwise I would highly recommend and hope you get Anna.

  • Seeing Michelangelo's frescoes can be unforgettable even for kids if seen as part of a small-group or kid-friendly Sistine Chapel and Vatican tour.

  • Because the chapel is a Catholic church with a dress code. Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees and maintain decorum by keeping your voice low.

  • Though photography (without flash) is permitted in the Vatican Museums, no photography is allowed in the Sistine Chapel.
