Great but long day
Really good day, met some really nice people, the journey back from stepantsminda is long - journey is broken up with some toilet break. Highly recommend optional paragliding. Government has implemented significant changes since the incidents in 2022 which made me feel more at ease. Roads not great but to be expected. Expect to be back in tbilisi no earlier than 2130 - George was a great and enthusiastic guide

Great way to experience Armenia in a day!
Great way to experience Armenia for the day. Long drive but well broken up by sightseeing stops and breaks. Depending on the borders, could really put a crunch on time and rush the stops more than usual. But that cannot be helped or controlled much. The small bus is very comfortable and new. Enjoyed all the stops and Armenia has beautiful mountains and nature! Looking forward to returning for a longer visit but this is a great taste if you do t have much time.

Day well spent
Well organised, great wines, informative and personable guide - Ell was great fun.
We were in a small mini van which seated 6 but was very comfortable.
Journeys between stops not too long, and the stops were well timed.
Bit tipsy by the end, lots of wine on the last stop.

Beginner’s guide to Khinkali!
Group cookery lesson on table to side of the St Bunny bar/restaurant. Our host explained why we would be cooking and talked us through each stage. Drinks were available - first one included in price of session. Others to pay for at the end.
We enjoyed meeting fellow travellers, sharing stories and eating what we had made. Maybe not the best khinkali in town, but they were ours!!

I had Tamara who was very...
I had Tamara who was very personable and told me a lot about Georgia from someone living there. I do think there may had been a little bit of a mix up because she said the waterfall hike was not included, but that was the whole reason for me choosing this tour, but that may be because she thought I intended to hike up the mountain to Gergeti Trinity Church with her so maybe she felt like that would take up the hiking time. But she later was able to affirm that the waterfall hike was part of the trip.
One thing to note, the only meal break is at the end of the tour the ' Rooms Kazbegi'. I mentioned that I was hungry and after some confusion she took me to Maisi a farm to table restaurant in Kazbegi that was really nice if hidden. I'm not sure I would have been able to find the restaurant on my own. It was nice to have some company while eating as a solo traveler and she was able to point out some of the regional dishes to get.
What I really appreciated and felt bad about, the route to the waterfall had a rock slide, so there was really terrible traffic. But she was willing to wait it out and see if the traffic would clear up so we could go to the hike. Which definitely added to her commute home. She's definitely a fast hiker, I work a desk job so I would often see her up ahead. And she had to sit through traffic back before dropping me off at my hotel in Kazbegi.

This was the perfect little taste of Armenia. The landscape was incredible, all of the stops were interesting, the food was delicious and Maria was amazing. Her English is perfect and she made the tour fabulous. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. This was a great day!

Very successful , highly recommended , the guide Nini helped us a lot , especially with attention to my wife
Today's trip was to 3 places, a stalactite cave, Martvill Park and hot springs. The trip lasted about 13 hours with a coffee break along the way and dinner at the end. Although it rained towards the end, we did not give up and continued the wonderful cruise even in the rain. We would like to especially mention the attention and willingness to help of the guide Nini, who took care of us with an umbrella and personally watched over my wife so that she did not slip. In conclusion, it was not easy, but we really enjoyed the trip itself and the warm attitude of the guide Nini.
Thank you,

the right balance
We had enough time in each place. The journeys between provided an opportunity to relax. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and struck a good balance with information shared. We were happy to be able to opt for a more affordable lunch, rather than participating in the set menu lunch.

Great tour!
A wonderful morning tour! It’s the perfect length for these visits and allows you to keep on investigating this amazing city afterwards. Time well spent and completely worth it. The tour was entertaining, and it's definitely worth booking the option that includes the Georgian wine tasting.
Mariam was a fantastic guide - so lovely and helpful. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and the one we tried was phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend
We had to be flexible today due to changes in city travel and access due to preparations for a national holiday parade. Our guide Sergi was a lovely young man. He happily made adjustments to suit us, walking slowly and assisting with stairs as required. Sergi negotiated traffic conditions confidently and was very accommodating.

Brutalism at its best.
This tour provides a unique opportunity to explore some of Tbilisi’s amazing brutalist architecture. You learn about the buildings and monuments and the people that designed them, as well as a glimpse into the social context in which they were built. And if you’re lucky enough you might get to meet the lift lady.

Georgia lies in the mountains, a small republic with unique cuisine, incredible history, and a proud sense of independence. From Tbilisi, the capital, you can reach much of the country on a day trip—such as the awe-inspiring Mt. Kazbegi, whose craggy peak straddles the border with Russia. Georgia tours can also make it easy to dig into the country's wine production: the oldest evidence of human wine cultivation, from 8,000 years ago, comes from the region, so locals know what they’re talking about when it comes to reds and whites.
