Delicious fun!

I thought this experience was a lot of fun. We got in line at pier four and waited to be told to board. We sat on the top floor and got to the buffet quickly after being told it was open. The food was good and lots was available for the buffet style. The music and shows were upbeat. I had a great time and recommend it to those that like a laid back sightseeing tour with dinner and desserts.

Bangkok’s hidden canals with Fluke: history, lizards and a lock!

We were a group of 4 on this morning canal tour and it was a real highlight of our trip. We arrived early and were warmly welcomed, given a bottle of water and a seat right on the canal, where we watched monitor lizards swimming and squabbling on the far bank while we waited. Great entertainment before the tour even started! Our guide Fluke was excellent. As we cruised the quiet back canals by longtail boat, he explained the history of Thonburi and its khlongs, how this side of the river was once the heart of Bangkok, and why it earned the name “Venice of the East”. We passed through the Artist’s Village, saw everyday canal-side life, and got a great view of the giant golden Big Buddha at Wat Paknam. A unique moment was going through a lock to get from the canals out onto the Chao Phraya River, as the water levels are different. For our tour, it finished on the riverbank opposite Wat Arun, handy for the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. A relaxed, fascinating way to see a side of Bangkok , I am glad we did it.

The sanctuary has 7 Asian elephants including a 1 year old. The tour consisted of extensive briefings on the sanctuary and elephants, feeding them, and observations in their natural habitat. This was the most amazing tour. It was well paced and also was really varied. The guide was amazing as was our tuk tuk driver. I could not fault it. The food was great. We also had such an amazing experience in the temple as we were the only ones there! Highly recommend to otheres.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious, and seeing Bangkok lit up along the Chao Phraya River at night was absolutely stunning. There was great entertainment, plenty of food and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the evening. It was such a lovely way to experience Bangkok and definitely a highlight of our trip. Great historical tour with amazing guide, Ken

It was a really nice tour to learn more about the history of Thailand and learn the meaning behind these wonderful historical artifacts in person. Ken was an amazing guide to have - he was really knowledgeable about Thai history and very enthusiastic to explain the temples, answer questions in detail, and also help to avoid hazards. I highly recommend the tour if you are interested in learning more about Thailand and history. One recommendation - please carry some umbrellas in the monsoon season, or maybe the guide doing the tour could have some umbrellas for the tourists to borrow and return at the end of the trip.

Chinatown Culinary Delight

Our tour guide, Kwan (?) was really great! She walked us around to many different vendors in Chinatown, explaining the history and specialty dishes of each vendor. We tried many varieties of dishes, including soups, skewered meats, dumplings, rice dishes, noodle dishes, and fruits. She took us on a culinary adventure through the back streets and obscure little restaurant shops of Chinatown. Any suggestions we wanted to try, she obliged and bought us tastings. We tried many different unusual desserts as well. The sticky mango rice was a definite dessert highlight! Overall, a wonderful tour, exceptional value, and highly recommended; we would never have tried so many of these delights if it hadn’t have been for this tour and our wonderful guide! Thank you, Kwan!

Great service and perseverance in the face of adversity!

Great for solo travellers or if travelling with kids. Would not have made it to my hotel without the driver they organised for me. The roads were all flooded and it did take 5 hours instead of one 1/2 hours. It was a one in 50 year flood, But I arrived dry and safe- so a big shoutout to my driver! Hope everyone got home safe that night. Thank you!

THE BEST decision I have ever made travelling.

THE BEST decision I have ever made travelling! I had 2 large pieces of hold luggage and wanted to get to my hotel quickly & efficiently. I was met at the aircraft by the staff member, Bank who was a very polite and professional young man. He procured a trolley to take my hand luggage from the plane to the Immigration point. We walked past the regular immigration queue which was quite large to the Fast Track lane. I was first in line and was cleared immediately through immigration (who were very friendly & welcoming). Bank then escorted me to the baggage carousel and loaded my 2 large bags onto the trolley and we walked through Customs. He then took me out to the waiting car where the driver loaded my luggage and took me to my hotel. A fantastic experience, I highly recommend using the I Asia Fast Track experience through Viator.
