AWESOME way to see the beautiful Phi Phi Islands!!

Had such a great experience on this tour - a definite highlight from our honeymoon in Thailand! Ray and Team led an awesome adventure through the Phi Phi Islands for our group. Highlights included swimming with so many beautiful fish while snorkeling, seeing wild monkeys, and even sighting some baby shark fins (from a safe distance, of course). The crew kept the boat incredibly clean as well (they would rinse us off when getting back on the boat) and provided us with brand new mouth pieces for our snorkels! They provided great service across the board (e.g., sharing insightful information about the surrounding islands and scenery with us, toweling us off and ensuring our seats were clean) throughout the day. My wife is both gluten free and vegetarian, and they made sure to accommodate her at the lunch stop, which we were very appreciative of :) I definitely recommend seeing the Phi Phi Islands and this is the best way to do it!! Such a fun and memorable day :)

The Best Tour of our Thailand vacation!

This tour was the absolute BEST! The boat was large and clean. The food and bevs, outstanding. The service was incredible. If you want to see gorgeous scenery and feel pampered in the process, this tour is for you! Well worth the money! We liked the operating company (The Seanery) so much we booked another tour with them a couple days later. It wasn't like your typical tour where you are crowded onto a boat to maximize their revenue. We reserved a very comfortable cabana on the upper deck and just watched the breathtaking views sail by. James Bond Island was beautiful. The long tail boats and cave canoeing were fun as well. We would highly recommend the tour!

Awesome Experience!

From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

Best solo travel experience!

If you want pure happiness, this is the place to be. As a solo traveler I often find it hard to just enjoy but this experience was absolutely amazing! I opted for the half day with lunch and WOW- From taking you to meet each and every elephant and their backstory, to helping feed them, to even making paper, this experience was absolutely amazing. Getting to see the elephants so close while still letting them live their own way without harm was eye opening and unreal! Highly recommend for all ages !

A fun day out on the boat visiting 4 different islands. You are canoeing through 2 of them with a guide making the experience epic. Beautiful scenery and sights you wouldn’t be able to get otherwise. Our visit to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. If you’re looking for a truly ethical elephant experience, this is the place to go. It was refreshing to see elephants living freely in a natural environment where their welfare comes first. Our guide, Jeffy, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the sanctuary’s mission. He shared the unique stories of each elephant, explained the rehabilitation process, and taught us about the challenges these rescued elephants have faced. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the animals and educating visitors. The elevated canopy walk provided incredible views of the elephants as they roamed, foraged, and interacted naturally without being disturbed. Watching them simply be elephants was a much more rewarding experience than any attraction that allows riding or forced interactions. The sanctuary is beautifully maintained, the staff are friendly, and the entire experience is well organized from start to finish. Knowing that our visit directly supports the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of these amazing animals made it even more meaningful. Well worth it but I would advise to book earlier time slots.

Don’t book the 18:00 slot because a couple of the places we visited were closed. We were unable to visit the palace as it was closed, Wat Pho we were in there for approximately 30 minutes before heading off to the next stop on the tour which closed at 20:00 so we were unable to see that but the other places were fine. Iconsiam is the place to be if you want to do some expensive shopping.

Private Tour Guided by Yaya

While venturing out to the Phi Phi Islands during the start of rainy season is probably not something most people would recommend due to the unpredictability of the weather, what I will say is that this tour likely became the highlight of our trip because of Yaya, the captain and crewmate, as well as the patience and generosity of the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were so lovely in the brief time we spoke). For starters, the day was looking pretty bleak and dark, and with the cost of the trip in my mind, I was worried that it was going to be a total bust. The manager and team were super understanding of the situation, and gave us multiple options to assuage our concerns given the weather conditions. That alone was huge for us right there, as we didn’t feel locked into anything we didn’t want to do especially with factors outside of our control. We decided to go with one of the options which was venturing out to James Bond Island first and then deciding later whether to do Phi Phi Islands or not. Long story short, we ended up taking the risk and deciding to do Phi Phi Islands too, and thankfully we did — the weather cooperated with us just enough and cleared up even so that we could get the maximum potential of the trip. The boat ride and journey with Yaya and the team was fantastic — they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a lot of fun to be around. Let me emphasize that they helped to make the cost of the trip beyond worth it. There’s nothing quite like walking into Maya Bay, with the weather not only cooperating with us, but the beach almost being entirely cleared out and empty because of the time of the year we selected to go. Also, Yaya is an exceptional photographer and videographer — we have some pretty insane footage that we probably would not have been able to take by ourselves without her help. Highly recommend the tour and the team we were paired with.

Truly NOT to be missed! Best Phi Phi tour!

When planning a trip halfway around the world, there are bound to be hits and misses. This was a HIT — and it’s not to be missed! The entire experience was professional and fun, and so well thought out. All of the little touches — snacks and drinks on arrival and well-paced throughout the day, even the provision of cold cloths, shower rinses, pool noodles, snorkel gear, taking photos for you, help on and off the boat — were perfect. The Simba team (Momo and the two captains) were a delight, fun, and helpful. Then there’s the scenery and experience itself. The water really IS that blue/green! The snorkeling was amazing — we saw many varieties of fish, coral, even a baby shark. Went to Maya Bay first (The Beach movie), then to two different islands to snorkel. Made a short stop at Monkey Island and managed to see one monkey. Then we headed to Coconut Island, a little paradise, where we spent an hour on the beach, sitting in the beach chairs, toes in the exquisitely soft sand. Then it was back to shore for a delicious Thai lunch at our starting point (a beach club at the marina). After lunch (and experiencing one of those famous Thai downpours at the end!), we were shuttled back to our hotel. White-glove service top to bottom. Yes, the 5am pickup time is early, but it was so worth it to pay a bit more for this luxury excursion with just about 18 people, and beat the crowds. Another nice touch we appreciated: one of our snorkeling stops had some trash and debris floating in the water (plastic bottles, things like that). We appreciated seeing Momo collect the trash she could in net bags they keep on board for that purpose. So: A resounding YES! If you can spring for this, do it. It’s such a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list experience that we’re glad to add to our travel journal.

Amazing experience!

This was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. The staff were incredible, friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience special. The only downside for me was the food. I ordered the vegetarian option, and while it was tasty, the main course was simply a head of broccoli with sauce, which didn’t feel very gourmet. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would still highly recommend it overall.

Wow! What an amazing experience! We loved our guide Beer. He made sure our party of 14 (ages 17 to 84) are comfortable! We loved seeing the beautiful islands, kayaking through the caves, and visiting the floating village. They did everything right from pick up to customizing the itinerary based on our needs.
