No second thoughts, THIS is the tour to book

This was easily one of the top 3 excursions I’ve ever booked on this app. The views were beautiful but what made it even better was the staff. Our tour guide was “P” and he made us feel comfortable for the entire day. He speaks great English and was able to explain each of our stops. The private lunch stop was probably the best food I’ve ever had on an excursion. Totally worth it! If you want to be able to get back in time to do other activities, book the 4:30am tour. I was back by 2pm and was able to rest before my dinner plans. I would recommend to everyone.

Great experience

We had the most incredible half-day experience at the Phuket Elephant Nature Reserve! Our guide, Porsche, was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole tour engaging from start to finish. Plus when we couldn’t get a taxi home she helped us book when at the end even though they had closed. We loved making food baskets and fun “sushi balls” for the elephants, and it was amazing to see how they recycle elephant dung in such a sustainable way. The Thai cooking class at the beginning was great and the reserve were very accommodating for dietary requirements. The reserve is clearly dedicated to the elephants’ wellbeing, and you can feel the care and respect in everything they do. It’s a completely hands off approach, so no bathing the elephants or touching them, which was a must when we were booking this tour as a lot of reserves claim their ethical but still allow people to touch the elephants. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Phuket, it was one of the best things we did in Thailand

The perfect trip and guide

I wish I could rate this place high than 5/5. It was simply incredible. The whole day was absolutely perfect you have to book this trip. You visit paradise and never want to go back. Sadly there were thunderstorms in the late evening so couldn’t go to the beach to see the bioluminescent plankton but my guide took me on a canoe into the caves of hong island where you could see the plankton in the water, it was magical! My guide, San, was an absolute legend. Every time I come back to Phuket I will make sure to meet with him because he is the nicest person in the world. 5starmarine is very lucky to have him! Thank you so much for everything ❤️

We had a group of 15 and the tour was fabulous. We had a medical episode on board and the crew went above and beyond to get us to the closest medical facility. They continually checked and and also offered Dr services when we returned to the marina. Absolutely brilliant company, would 100% use again.

A lovely day at the Phi Phi Islands

We had a wonderful day aboard the Simba 7 on our sunrise tour of the Phi Phi islands . We were picked up at our hotel at the prescribed time and taken to the dock where we were met with a continental breakfast. We then boarded our boat where are captain Dang and his crew (Kim and Joseph) who cared for us the entire day. The boat stopped at 7 locations where we took photographs, snorkeled and/or swam. We were also given fruit and snacks throughout the day. When we got back to the dock we were greeted with a fantastic Thai lunch. I would highly recommend this tour while in Phuket.

Amazing experience!

This was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. The staff were incredible, friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience special. The only downside for me was the food. I ordered the vegetarian option, and while it was tasty, the main course was simply a head of broccoli with sauce, which didn’t feel very gourmet. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would still highly recommend it overall.

Worth it!

Our tour guide, Daisy, was excellent and extremely well informed while also providing enough freedom for exploration. We were able to see multiple sites but without the entire day being taken up. We opted for the 8am start time and were home by 1pm in time for lunch and the rest of the day to relax!

Better than a speed boat tour....

Absolutely loved our tour from Phuket to James Bond Island! The canoe experience through the caves was unforgettable — the second cave was especially stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was so fresh and delicious, prepared with ingredients bought that same morning. Our guide, James, was fantastic — full of energy, kept everyone organized and happy, and explained everything so well. The boat was perfect too — much more enjoyable than a speedboat, with fresh air and room to move around. Alec, who guided our canoe, was also wonderful. Five stars all the way — highly recommended!
