A Truly SpecialPhuket Experience

My wife and I did the Giant Water Lilies and Temple Tour with Forever Vacations, and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the moment we were picked up, everything was relaxed, personal and completely unhurried. Our guide, Patty, was exceptional — warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn’t just take us from one attraction to another; she explained Thai culture, Buddhism, traditions and the stories behind the temples, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of what we were seeing. The giant water lilies were incredible, and the drone photographs were absolutely stunning. They gave us memories that we’ll treasure for years. The temples were equally fascinating, particularly because Patty brought their history and stories to life. What really made this tour special was the personal attention. Patty genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in Phuket and even took the time to recommend places for me to go running during our stay. Those small touches made the experience feel much more like spending time with a local who cared about our day rather than simply following an itinerary. We’ve travelled to many places over the years, but it’s rare to find an excursion that feels this personal. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. A huge thank you to Patty, Jihan and the entire Forever Vacations team for giving Angie and me such a memorable experience. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Phuket! 🇹🇭❤️

Enjoyable Experience with the Elephants!

We really enjoyed this experience. It was very chill and relaxing. We did the one which included the Thai cooking demonstration and lunch. That was a nice start to the afternoon, and the food was tasty! Simplest ingredients albeit easier to source locally! We loved how personal it was and how every elephant had a story and personality. We learnt a lot and had fun making the vitamin balls and prepping food for the elephants, even though our guide told us frankly, it was just to give us something to do! It was brilliant. Highly recommend as with each visit, you help these elephants!

Such a lovely crew!

Would highly recommend this for families and friend groups! I went solo and still enjoyed it, but I think I would have enjoyed it more with companions because they gave us a lot of time to explore each location outside of the main group. Also, I have to commend our guide Rey, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. This was probably the most attentive guide I've ever seen! Every little need, whether spoken or not, he was immediately tending to. You're laying down to nap? He'll grab you a makeshift pillow. Your sandals are sandy? He'll wash them for you before boarding. You have lipstick stain on your chin? He will discreetly hand you tissues. You look bored? Have a snack! Haha he was lovely. I also got the photographer package, and even though there were 8 of us onboard who also booked him, he did not miss any memorable shot of me. He also made sure to check in on me and assist me with the equipment during the underwater videos. The whole crew was thoughtful!

Nice Tour

This was exactly what was advertised. We met in an outdoor area. We were a bit worried because there was a LOUD group of men (I think from the middle east) who were very obnoxious before the trip. That made us worry, but ‘Mama’ the tour leader kept tabs on it and the boat was large enough to space people out. Loved the cave canoeing and visiting James Bond Island. The lunch and dinner were both excellent.

They Promise And They Deliver

I've always faced difficulties during arrivals due to my weak passport, so I decided to splurge on this service to not waste another 1 to 2 hours and start my trip on a bad note. It was much better than I expected! Flam was my guide and he was lovely, finding me the moment I stepped foot into the airport. He helped me with the dreaded immigration queue, luggage, SIM Card switching, currency exchanging, and didn't leave me until I was comfy and set in a luxury MPV straight to my hotel. We zipped through the entire thing so fast it was unbelievable. It truly was in and out, I think immigration didn't even check my visa or digital card haha just gave me a stamp and sent me on my merry way

Great day out.

A great trip for start to finish. We had Mawin as our tour leader and he was very informative throughout the time. He even text on the morning of the visit to remind us of dress codes for the temples and when he was on his way to pick up. Great timing at each location to allow enough time to explore without being too much.

Noi and his crew did a fantastic job! From the nick up at our hotel at 4;55am on the dot to the speed boat tour including phi phi islands, lots of yummy snacks and great service including the swimming and snorkeling - couldn’t have been better. And the buffet lunch at the end was wonderful! Go in this tour, you won’t regret it!

While venturing out to the Phi Phi Islands during the start of rainy season is probably not something most people would recommend due to the unpredictability of the weather, what I will say is that this tour likely became the highlight of our trip because of Yaya, the captain and crewmate, as well as the patience and generosity of the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were so lovely in the brief time we spoke). For starters, the day was looking pretty bleak and dark, and with the cost of the trip in my mind, I was worried that it was going to be a total bust. The manager and team were super understanding of the situation, and gave us multiple options to assuage our concerns given the weather conditions. That alone was huge for us right there, as we didn’t feel locked into anything we didn’t want to do especially with factors outside of our control. We decided to go with one of the options which was venturing out to James Bond Island first and then deciding later whether to do Phi Phi Islands or not. Long story short, we ended up taking the risk and deciding to do Phi Phi Islands too, and thankfully we did — the weather cooperated with us just enough and cleared up even so that we could get the maximum potential of the trip. The boat ride and journey with Yaya and the team was fantastic — they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a lot of fun to be around. Let me emphasize that they helped to make the cost of the trip beyond worth it. There’s nothing quite like walking into Maya Bay, with the weather not only cooperating with us, but the beach almost being entirely cleared out and empty because of the time of the year we selected to go. Also, Yaya is an exceptional photographer and videographer — we have some pretty insane footage that we probably would not have been able to take by ourselves without her help. Highly recommend the tour and the team we were paired with.

Amazing experience!

This was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. The staff were incredible, friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience special. The only downside for me was the food. I ordered the vegetarian option, and while it was tasty, the main course was simply a head of broccoli with sauce, which didn’t feel very gourmet. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would still highly recommend it overall.
