We had the opportunity to have Matt as our tour guide. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable of the history of Rome. Explained things very well and was able to interact well with our group on a personal level. Highly recommend the golf city tour!

Wasn’t anything great. Your guide didn’t use a mic so no one in the back could hear anything. The day prior the company messaged me stating they cannot pick me up from my air bnb that it’s out of their range and advised a pick up spot. Upon arrival we waited 30 mins at the pick up spot, paid $50 for an uber just to get there only for the driver to be waiting at our air bnb because they never communicated to him. We had two elderly grandmas with us and this was beyond inconvenient and the company did not address their mishap at all and instead blamed me.
Augusto did a great job showing us the highlights of Rome in such a short period of time from the comfort of a golf cart.
I did the private pickup version from where ever you are and they didnt come and asked me to go polopolo uber was almost 70 dollars and did not do the refund as they said before. Please please don’t book this tour ! Been messaging them and nothing about my refund that was promised.
Absolute way to see the city! Our guide was amazing. He was funny, interactive, relatable and genuine. Highly recommend.
Great experience - we seen all the sights in Rome without all the walking. We only had a short time in Rome and would highly recommend
This was an excellent tour. We arrive to Rome that day and took a 4:30 tour by Sam. Sam showed us all around and catered the tour to us excluding places we had already arranged to see in the future. We feel like we saw all the hightlights and a lot more. The golf cart can travel where buses cannot. Sam was focused on the history which we wanted to know about.
Great way to see multiple areas of Rome to help decide future visits. Guide (Dino) was very knowledgeable and obliging and catered for all guest tastes.

I purchased and made a reservation to be picked up my hotel. Then I got an email saying they called me but did not answer. They did not call. I called Viator to find out what was going on. Viator told me I had to get to the pickup point on my own. I said that did work for me. They would not refund my money and they did not pick me up at the hotel.

This was a bucket list must do for my elderly mother and family. We were so excited to be going on this. We paid for and we're promised an English speaking guide. What transpired was a 3 wheeled cart showed up. None of us are small people, we got into the cart, it was unbalanced and sitting on the wheels scraping. The driver felt unsafe and we definitely did as well. He also did not speak English. So what happened... Turning corners I was hit in the head with the metal bar on the side of the cart a few times over. When we hit a bump my knees were slammed into the metal bars in front of me. I have bruises on my ear and my knees both. At our stops our driver said a name of the place in Italian which we didn't understand. Thankfully the driver of the other cart gave us a much info AFTER we got out of the cart that he could to still allow us a few minutes to visit. They tried to change passengers with a 4 wheeled cart but could not do so. So as we followed them the whole cart group in front of us knew there was a weight issue on the 3 wheeled cart and they were laughing every time the cart hit the ground which was very embarrassing to our group. Mind you overweight yes, but no one extremely large. To be humiliated like this was unacceptable. The safety of us and our driver was at stake. It was a scary ride. Needless to say this trip that we were so looking forward to was not enjoyable at all. I didn't even know we seen the Vatican as they called it by another name. Yes we got some pictures but that was it. Not what we paid for. Is recommend the company consider weight restrictions for the 3 wheeled cars. The bruises on my body and the humiliation were not worth it. All is this was after they bumped us out 3.5 hours then we're late to pick us up and we ended up seeing the sights in the dark. Very dissatisfied with it all. The driver and the guide did the best they could and were very polite but the company did not offer a replacement cart!!!!! I hope you all get the vacation you hoped for as well did not. My 76 year old mother wouldn't even get off the cart because of the situation!!!!

Dino was fabulous! He showed us all the sights of Rome as was very knowledgeable! It was an incredible way to see the city!
Paulo was great but this was a little Pricey for what it was especially because you had such little time at each place
Best pick up point if your on a layover as the taxi stand is on the other of the tour pick up point (only take white color taxi, this is the ones at the airport)
My guide was on time and very informative about Rome. We enjoyed riding in the golf cart as we pick the seats facing outwards towards the traffic making the city feel alive thank you. Oh yeah the golf carts are best because we got to ride the back blocks and alley ways where there was only foot traffic
David was wonderful! Knowledgeable, good sense of humor, patient. Gave us a fun tour of Rome, felt like I saw everything I needed to see. Highly recommend
Do not sit in the rear facing golf cart. It is too bumpy and you cannot see sights as the driver is describing.

A wonderful overview of the highlights of Rome. Provides a great behind the scenes look at places you will want to explore further. Luca Romano was an excellent guide, providing historical and cultural information. I would highly recommend this tour.
Best way to get full city overview in a short time. Best driver ever. Found way around all the traffic and was so knowledgeable and fun
This was a great way to see Rome. My husband and I have been to Rome several times and just wanted an overview of the main sights. The three hours flew by . Our guide Jimmy was very helpful and enthusiastic. We were given 20 minutes to get out of the golf cart at each stop to explore on our own. A highlight of the tour was St Peter’s Square where the Pope was giving a Papal Audience to a crowd of visitors.
We booked a vehicle for 6 of us to have the tour.( which are available as we saw a lot on our tour)
They split us up 3 and 3 into two different carts that carried 5 …. The son and mother that Hd been added to our cart got lost at one of the stops and we had to wait an hour extra 20 minutes till they found us. Our driver Simon drove like a maniac … squealing tires as we went around corners at high speed feeling like we were going to fall out . He barely spoke about any of the sites we saw and when he did we couldn’t hear as the very back speakers didn’t work. Our 2 vehicles didn’t stop at the same places on the same times and one missed the last stop all together. As one of our group was the wife of one of their group they didn’t get to experience any of it together… we did cover a lot of ground and saw some amazing sites it was a good way to do the trip of 3 hrs . Just wish we all could have been together and not feared for our lives at every turn
This is a great way to see Rome and the highlights. We had a great time touring the city without having 50 people with us. Fabio was fabulous!
Augustus was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about all the locations we stopped at and gave us plenty of time to take pictures at the main sites. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Do not book this tour! The tour guide was 39 minutes late and didn’t take us to highlights at all. We ended up leaving an hour early due to it being such a waste of our time. When we told Viator about this- they refused to credit us back! Even though they are the ones who called and told us the tour was running 30 mins late and they knew we had 2 small kids. DO NOT BOOK THIS.

Good way to see Rome. Great overview in only three hours. Unfortunately our tour guide was almost impossible to understand in English.
Wonderful private tour. Our guide Erne was so very knowledgeable and we had a fabulous time. Definitely recommend
Luca was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and accommodating to our wishes, adjusting times so we can see alll the things we wanted and needed to see.
My only "ding" is that given we didn't book a private tour, we was paired with another couple, and my wife and I got the back seats, facing backwards. So when Luca was pointing out sites, we were not seeing them at the same time, nor from the head on angle. So avoid that seat or ask for a bigger car where 4 ppl can face front.
Other than that the ride was comfortable.
Oh, make sure you have a refillable water bottle.
Sam was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable and friendly showing all the important sights Would definitely recommend him.
Was overall good experience but the tour guide needed to have a mic as we couldn’t hear what he said.
We had a short stay in Rome before heading out on a cruise. This tour was the best way to see everything we wanted with ease and in one day! Would recommend if you want to get a lot done in a short time. Alex was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us!!!
We had a free afternoon in Rome and were looking for a low-stress way to see the sites. This wonderful golf cart tour was perfect for us. Andy, our guide, was personable and a great driver through the chaos of Rome. Pacing and length of tour were just right. We saw the Spanish Steps, St. Peter's Square, the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountail, etc all while zipping around town. There were stops made at each of the sites for some quick individual exploration. Super fun!
