Very poor experience. Never got an email with tickets so we could not get in and the meeting point was under construction. Had to buy more tickets in the end.

Waste of money and time. Had to wait I. Long line anyway.

Never receive tickets. Moreover this ticket was useless because the day we visited was free and did not allow skip the line on free days. So do not recommend. Also had to pay for the audio tour if we at least had that included wouldn’t have a total waste of money.

How can you charge when it was free for everyone and our skip-the-line tickets didn't work? It is blatant theft. Too bad, the Castel Sant'Angelo is not bad, but selling a ticket for entry at 6:30 PM when the monument closes at 7:00 PM!!!!
