An excellent day with...
An excellent day with Jimmy. He arrived at our hotel and whisked us away in a clean and comfortable vehicle. He accompanied us throughout (the actual DMZ visit you have to transfer to a coach) and sorted out all the ticketing. Afterwards he took us to the British war memorial and the suspension bridge. We had an evening event back in Seoul afterwards and Jimmy ensured that we were back at our hotel in plenty of time. I’d highly recommend a private tour with Jimmy.

Very interesting and...
Very interesting and informative. Ron Han, our guide was great. He really had a passion for describing the DMZ and providing a good history of Korea. On a very busy day he kept everything going on time without missing a beat. My one suggestion is tour provide a “appreciation drink “ for making the walk back up tunnel 3!

The best of DMZ
Tour guide AJ is the best and very knowledgeable. Funny, sweetest personality and take care of us on this raining day to DMZ.

Marco
We spent the day with our private tour guide Marco He met us at our hotel with his van and drove us to DMZ- Marco was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We had many lively conversations and enjoyed our day- started at 7:30 AM and we returned to hotel at 3:00. Would definitely recommend Marco as a guide

  • The area is a must-see for history buffs but you can only visit accompanied by a tour guide; no independent visits are permitted.

  • Choose a full- or half-day DMZ tour, lasting between 6 and 10 hours.

  • Don't forget your passport, as you'll need it for a security check.

  • Dress conservatively and avoid wearing any "commercial" military clothing.
