Great tour with Rafi!

From the moment Rafi called to let me know he’d pick us up in 10 minutes to the moment he dropped us off it was great vibes! He made us laugh, gave us tips for the hike and vendors, and even though the bike was a little rough because it is a rainforest he made me feel safe. Papa Seth was more than amazing! I’m literally writing this AS I AM IN THE VAN WITH HIM! We are heading back actually lol Seth is so so joyful and it actually radiates from person to person. I just turned 30 (WHOOP WHOOP!) yesterday and wanted to try new things. (New things, new decade) He encouraged each and every one of us from beginning to end. Seth cracked jokes and yes, they were actually funny and made us all laugh. He recommended amazing food and I am a PICKY, PICKY EATER. Seth is an amazing driver, an amazing swimmer, and has a spontaneous personality. He demonstrate each water slide, jump, and even told us fun facts about the landmarks. I’m not too big on learning things on vacation lol, but he was actually informing me of things that I found fascinating. He made the group comfortable around one another! We even ate lunch together 🥹 Honestly, whoever wrote a review with one star must didn’t have Seth as their guide because he was perfect. Papa Seth fought off kangaroos and jaguars right before he picked us up!! We work insanely demanding jobs, so this relaxing, energetic, joyful spirit is exactly what we needed. I (as well a you because you’re going to book this after reading my review 😌) really think Seth has such a joyful spirit that can shine a room. He is SO full of life and really, genuinely, enjoys what he does and you can tell. I loved this tour and if my flight didn’t leave in the next 31 hours, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great group on this tour very thankful for our tour guides Bryant and Delia!! They were amazing !!! They gave us a lot of history about San Juan that I did not know and they were very knowledgeable about the island. They are perfect for the job. We started a strangers and left as friends. I definitely recommend this tour everything from the rainforest experience as well as the beach we had a great time would definitely book this again

Highlight of our honeymoon!

The experience was well worth the price and the duration was about an hr 20. It wasn't boring AT ALL! The choppy water made the ride even more fun. My husband did drive the entire time but they make a few stops where you can switch and take pictures if you want. You can also get in the water at the stops. The weight maximum is a bit higher than posted which worked out great for us lol. They guys took pictures and videos of us throughout and the 2 other groups we went with was very nice. They have goggles to purchase there which was bigger and cheaper than the ones we got from Walmart out there. Bring a towel, a waterproof case and have a blast! This was the highlight of our honeymoon.

Fun Experience

Fun filled, high spirited tour with hands on cocktail crafting. Our instructor/class mixologist, Amber did a great job interacting with the class and keeping us entertained. The staff at the welcome/check in desk promptly and enthusiastically greeted us. The bartenders under the pavilion were friendly. The grounds were nicely manicured and the different public areas were well labeled. Restrooms were clean!! I love the covered waiting areas for taxi and ride share waiting. Lots of picture taking opportunities.

Highly recommend this fun excursion. Got to see some amazing beaches with our knowledgeable guide, Rafael. He was very helpful in every way possible, friendly, fun and gave clear instructions. I couldn’t have asked for better. Bio Bay was amazing. They pair you with another amazing company. Very organized and a good time. Would do this again with them.

Fun!

Very enjoyable! It was fun getting to ride a horse for the first time, and horses have a wide variety of personalities so it was fun seeing how our horses differed from each other on the ride. I would recommend to pack bug spray and to wear long pants for this experience! Other than that it was great and I would recommend this to anyone.

Worth it

It was a great day, some hiking, some scrambling over rocks and water fun. Things that would have helped to know: Don’t take anything but a small dry bag, towel and water bottle. You’ll leave it all on the bus. Pay for your smoothie after you order it, not when you pick it up. Wear your eye glasses on the hike. Leave them at the first water area. Hike up to the falls without them.
