Excellent Tour!

Our driver and our tour guide had the same name (to differentiate the two). Our private driver, Duane, was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication with pickup location between the company and I, but all was corrected and the 45 min drive from MoBay was pleasant. He gave us some history, was willing to accommodate stops and let us enjoy our experience with no rush. Our guide down the river, DeWayne, was amazing! This was a wonderful experience for my teen son and I. The spring water was beautiful, blue, calm, and so clean. DeWayne was very professional, made us feel safe, and made the journey through Rio Bueno fun. He offered to take videos and photos throughout, shared some history/knowledge if the land, and let us swim and swing from a rope. It was lovely ending at Bengal Bay beach to just relax. There were showers and clean bathrooms there to wash off and get dressed. I highly recommend this company and this tour. I would do it again and again.

Book this!! Such a good time !

It was a great time! Our hosts took us through the country , gave us a tour, we got to meet and see AND talk to locals that were older than 100 years old and the Atv tour itself was extensive with stops! They are rebuilding after the hurricane but nonetheless it was a good time. Don’t let the people at the hotel who want you to book through them discourage you from booking this excursion !

So much fun! it was a...

So much fun! it was a little confusing getting there, but when we got to the location, everybody was super accommodating and really friendly. My friends and I had a great time and we got a bunch of bottles of the rum do you and got to play our own music. they let you set the pace of the tour and spend however long you want to at each spot. the river is beautiful and we were able to jump in whenever we wanted. Shoutout Bobby.

My sister and I recently did the Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage experience at Great River in Lethe District, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Jamaica! The experience was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was because of our raft captain, Jerome. From the moment we arrived, Jerome was professional, polite, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the entire experience. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond to make our rafting trip memorable. Not only was Jerome an excellent raft captain, but he also gave one of the best limestone leg and foot massages! The massage was relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what we needed while enjoying the beautiful scenery along the river. On top of that, Jerome kept us laughing the entire time. His personality, sense of humor, and positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was how attentive and accommodating he was. He made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, shared information about the area, and created a fun, laid-back atmosphere that made us feel like we were spending time with a friend rather than just a tour guide. If you’re planning to do bamboo rafting at Great River in Lethe District, I highly recommend requesting Jerome specifically as your raft captain. Trust me—it makes a difference! This was amazing! The whole day was incredible. Our tour guide PJ, was the best. As we drove between locations he told us facts/knowledge about the area. We had a good amount of time at each activity. PJ then took us to Linda’s to have some authentic Jamaican food and to the Taj Mahall for shopping, which was a nice touch to the trip. Could not fault anything. For the price you pay, it is so worth everything and more.

This tour is a fantastic package 3 awesome activities and all distinctly different....Rajaye was out driver and guide and he looked after us making sure we had a fantastic time...first we went horseback riding on the beach and into the Caribbean see....it was so relaxing and fun....loved it....the we went tubing down the White River this was great in two ways first of all it's a fun relaxing ride down the river.... secondly we got a chance to observe the locals who live along the river and how they pass their free time and live in this beautiful community.... lastly we went to the Blue Hole a complex packed with several stunning waterfalls and crystal clear water to dive into and swim in....the water is so warm and pleasant....it was a great way to enjoy and appreciate the lush beauty of Jamaica....

Hands down this everything and more except Ricks cafe the when I say everyone was awesome from top to bottom we got to do a lot of firsts and this was unforgettable viator does severely overcharge for these experiences Ricks cafe was over hyped service and food were trash to be so over priced . We were told 6 items were not available from the menu . Did not get enjoy because it was raining .

Highly professional and aware!

Excellent experience! It started with the driver, Aldwane. He called me about 90 minutes prior to the start time to see if we could push the time up due to likelihood of rain. This worked out perfectly because it did indeed rain. Due to his awareness and professionalism, I got to ride rain free while he also ensured my photos and drone video were delivered the same day! My tour guide did an excellent job explaining the boundaries along with how to operate the watercraft. Well worth it!

Amazing trip

The boat staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very mindful of where everyone is and payed close attention to kids and elderly so that gives some extra piece of mind. Our bus driver was also amazing and told us all about the area. The representative who picked us up from the hotel was excellent as well. Called to let us know the bus would be early because there was traffic and he didn’t want us late for the boat.

Jermaine was the best tour guide ever! He was on time, communicated well, and we had a blast! The bamboo rafting was so relaxing, the massage was amazing, and raft guy was so funny. We dance a lot with the locals and made a bunch of connections. We went for my sister’s birthday and she was highly satisfied! 10/10 recommend 🥳
