Mightens Tour treated us well. Our driver, Lorna, was fantastic! She encouraged us to talk and ask questions and let her know if we needed anything. She engaged with us, getting to know where we were from and our lives. She talked about the different Parishes as we passed through them and she answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the culture and history of Jamaica. We greatly enjoyed our trip and traveling with Lorna as our guide. Iconic Rick’s Cafe was so amazing! From the vibe, food, drinks, live music, and watching the magnificent cliff divers. Simply jaw dropping! 7-mile beach with its multiple colors of clear, blue water, and the soft, white sand was so beautiful! The entire day was relaxing! Thanks, Lorna, for making our trip fun and enjoyable!

While delays can occasionally occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we never leave our clients waiting in a desolate area. If we anticipate being late, we always call ahead of the scheduled pickup time to inform our guests, explain the situation, and provide clear instructions on where to wait. This is always in a safe and designated location, such as a hotel lobby, the cruise ship port, or just outside the port, where either I or one of my representatives will be there to greet them. I understand that this situation has caused frustration, but unfortunately, this review negatively impacts our company rather than the one responsible. If possible, please double-check and direct your feedback to the appropriate provider.

Great food and entertainment from the DJ. Also was cool seeing everyone able to jump off the cliffs and a few of the guys even did the high jump. Definitely recommend.

Seven Mile Beach is EVERYTHING

Nigel our guide showed us a great time while taking us to Negril. He explained the culture and the Jamaican vibe. He took us to some of his favorite spots along the way. The BEST beef and cheese pattie and down to seven mile beach for the best beach and curried goat on the island!!! He allowed us to take as long as we wanted at every stop. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Beryl on the horizon, we didn't get the opportunity to get to Rick's Cafe. However, I give Nigel a 10+ for his hospitality!!!!

Rude Driver. Don’t Waste your Money.

Pretty poor. We didn’t find Nigel the driver very friendly, informative or provide us with a clear plan of what we were doing. He had issues with his car (which we understood was out of his control) however, spend a lot of our time waiting around in the heat for him to fix it. He wasn't very apologetic. Charlotte’s Fort wasn’t very good - we were provided little to no background about the fort by the driver and there was rubbish scattered everywhere. We found the driver rude at some points and actually dampened our whole experience. I would say if you were looking to visit 7 mile beach and Ricks Cafe (which were actually quite good) just arrange return transportation there and back yourself, having the ‘tour guide” there was very pointless / waste of money and you are stuck with someone who clearly didn’t want to be there with you… it just didn’t compare to the service of other tour guides we had previously received.

Thomas I know you’re trying to bring us down with your lie sorry buddy that won’t work I try my best to ensure you get the best Jamaica experience but you were just stuck up. And was complaining about everything and comparing Jamaica to Landon. You come to Jamaica 🇯🇲 to experience the real Jamaica and that what we offer. you are the only one that don’t like the history of Fort Charlotte and complain about it. We never go to Negril without stoping there, and do a tour and take great pictures for your memories I’m sorry, mr Thomas I do my best to ensure you have a great day even leaving negril 7:00pm later than normal.

This was a great first day trip. This was a full day trip but Prince made this a memorable trip. He was so informative, answered all our questions, and gave great insight about Jamacia. He gave great suggestions and was always there when we needed him. The beach was a great place to chill and relax and Ricks was definitely more up beat full of energy, great music and beautifully scenery. Thank you Prince for southern hospitality!

Best Tour Guide in Jamaica: Nigel

Nigel was the most perfect tour guide to have for a day in Jamaica he really gave us a great and unforgettable experience. He took us to this Jamaican patty spot that was extremely authentic (we were the only tourists in there) and I am sad only cause I will never be able to have another patty that good until I return. He also adds small stops in the itinerary depending on the group so we got a detour to this historical fort that was the most beautiful view we saw in all of Jamaica. The whole car ride felt very safe and he is a great driver. He was allowing us space when we would go to the different stops but also there at any point we would need him. If we’re in Jamaica again we know who to book 100%. He made us so comfortable and feel like family- best of luck to his business! We 10/10 recommend him!

Our driver Recardo did his best to ensure that you and your love one where well taken care of .He ensured that you got fruits and showed you the real Jamaica . As it relates to interaction on a rainy day in Jamaica, tourist mostly hang out at the bar at Rick’s Cafe or head back to Montego Bay. We are sorry for your tour experience on that particularly day. be reminded that we are a tropical country and our weather conditions can be unpredictable hence there are less out door interaction at the attractions on a rainy day. However that can be changed in a split second once’s the sun come out.

Prompt and professional service. Our driver Ricardo was very informative, funny and attentive. During our tour he made sure our needs were met and I never felt he was rushing or pushy but always made sure we were good as this was our first time to Jamaica. The trip to Rick's Cafe was rather long but the interaction with Ricardo made the journey short and sweet. Nigel was a great driver and tour guide. He made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. He gave us fun facts about things as we passed them, and he even came into Rick’s Cafe to ensure we were okay and encouraged us to jump off the cliff. He stopped whenever we needed and asked us many times if we needed anything, very accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone coming to Montego Bay!
