Camels, Sandboard, Bonfire, Sahara Desert Birthday Trip
Great experience overall - had a phenomenal bday riding camels in the Sahara and exploring the Moroccan desert. The Camel ride was about 30 min sunset, 1 hr sunrise (padded shorts) - option for ATV/ truck ride to skip the camels, if needed. There were no instructions/instructor for sand boarding, just figure it out - Still so much fun. The tour operator and bus driver were vibes! The tour group became friendly, quickly looking out for each other and making sure we were all back on the bus after each stop. The very back of the bus is uncomfortable and nauseating even with dramamine, and I don't think that should be used as a 4 person option on such a long trip. With better seating secured, I enjoyed the different stops, but wish we had more time to explore Ait Ben Haddou on day 1 (which is a decent amount of stair climbing), the berber/Amazigh guide on day 2 was great for navigating the village and the gorge. The lunch stops at local restaurants were buffet style and the sit down dinners had separate Tagine meals for the Vegetarians (steamed veggies, potatoes, carrots). I Loved the desert camp - luxury option. There was low water pressure so set expectations accordingly - I used the handheld shower instead of sink for better pressure. There's a post dinner campfire with music and dancing to close out the day. I did say I was there for my birthday as was another traveler, but the host said they didn't know in advance enough. Overall, the trip exceeded my initial expectations and I am pleased with this tour.

Fantastic unique experience
Amazing unique experience from start to finish. Friendly experienced staff on a very well organised and coordinated event. Balloon ride just superb with stunning scenery and peaceful music playing to compliment the experience. Breakfast was traditional and delicious with clean toilet facilities. This trip is a must if visiting marrakesh

Wonderful local food experience!
We had an incredible food tour with our guide, Medhi. He took us to the places where locals eat rather than the tourist spots, and it made all the difference. We sampled a wide variety of foods — pastries, BBQ, fruits, olives, sweets, teas, breads, and baked dishes — each one delicious. Medhi explained how to enjoy them “local style,” which added so much to the experience. By the end we were happily full and had learned so much about Moroccan food culture. A fun, authentic evening that we’ll remember fondly. Highly recommended!

Bahia Palace, Saadian Tomb, Souk and Medina
Brilliant walk around Marrakesh to see Bahia Palace, the Saadian tombs, souk and medina. Mo, our guide was very knowledgeable and we walked at a good pace and Mouhssine ensured we had enough time to view the sites and have everything explained to us. Definitely worth the time and money.

Sitting at the crossroads between Arabia, Europe, and Africa, Marrakech has been a welcome port of call for far-flung visitors for more than a thousand years. The maze-like medina and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Djemaa el-Fna are a testament to how much and how little has changed since the Moroccan city was founded in the 11th century. While Marrakech tours can provide a fascinating insight into the city—including architectural highlights like the Koutoubia Mosque and the Bahia Palace—many also follow in the footsteps of the old trade caravans out through the Atlas Mountains or onto the swirling sands of the Sahara Desert.
