Great!

Our walking tour in Marrakech was fantastic! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems in a way that made the experience so enjoyable. We never felt rushed and were able to ask plenty of questions along the way. After the tour, Hamad took us to some of the best shops in the souks, where we found quality local products without feeling pressured. His recommendations made navigating the busy markets so much easier. If you’re visiting Marrakech, I highly recommend this tour for an authentic and memorable experience! Not to mention our driver Mistapha chauffeured us around in a well air conditioned van. Absolutely GREAT!!!

After looking through so...

After looking through so many sunset camel ride tours in Marrakech (very overwhelming), I'm really happy we chose this one. It was exactly what we were hoping for. One thing we really appreciated was the group size. We were a family of four, and there were only two other people on the tour. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and relaxed instead of crowded or rushed. The sunset camel ride was beautiful, the dinner was enjoyable, and the show was a fun way to end the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and everything was well organized. If you're looking for a memorable desert experience, I'd definitely recommend this tour. It was a great value for such a personal experience, and we'd happily do it again.

Amazing Time

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. My driver Achraf was very friendly professional and timely. He stopped for coffee and took me to the ATM. He made sure everything went perfectly and my tour guide, Redouan for the hike up to the waterfall, was also amazing. He made sure I was safe and hydrated. The views were incredible the service and food at the restaurant was great and there were a number of shops on the mountain that took credit cards. The oil shop ladies were lovely and the pottery shop was great as well. 10/10 experience.

Great dessert expirience

Ryma the tour guide was very attentive and professional and the whole experience was great. It was more to it than expected, we even visited a traditional argan oil house.The dinner was served perhaps a bit too quick as were many people there but the whole experience was really good. A Peaceful Sunrise Experience Worth Waking Up For

The Hot Air Balloon Flight over Marrakech was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip and absolutely worth the early wake-up call. The flight itself was incredibly smooth, peaceful, and surprisingly relaxing. Floating quietly above the Moroccan countryside at sunrise was breathtaking, and the views were unforgettable. Our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the flight. One thing that surprised me was just how much heat you feel when the pilot fires the burner. Every time the flame ignited, you could really feel the blast of hot air overhead—something I hadn't expected, but it quickly became part of the experience. The landing was a little bumpy and admittedly a bit scary at first, but the pilot handled it well, and we landed safely. It definitely added a little excitement to an otherwise serene flight! The only downside was the wait afterward. After the flight and traditional breakfast, we ended up waiting quite a while for our tour guide/driver to be ready to leave, which made the morning feel longer than necessary. Overall, this was a beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime experience that I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. Watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon is something I'll never forget.

Very memorable and enjoyable family activity

Great family activity and fantastic value. We really enjoyed all the activities, especially the camel ride. A few aspects of the overall production could use a little work (sound system, steps/walkway from the parking area, etc, but honestly these are small details that don't take away from the overall enjoyment of the experience. Special thanks to our guide and driver Zouhair ben, he protectively reached out to us ahead of time to arrange pickup location and time (in the viator booking engine it allowed us to select our riad as a pickup location but due to it being in a part of the medina where larger vans can't get to (lots of very narrow alleys in the old medina) he worked with us to select a close by meeting point). This was a huge pro for us, as we've had other excursions who didn't reach out to us beforehand to coordinate. He had a great personality and stayed cheerful & upbeat even when a few customers on the tour were a bit demanding.

Worth waking up at an ungodly hour

Noor our captain was amazing. We went for the first slot to catch the sunrise and it was worth it. There was a bit of waiting for our driver to pick us up, but post that everything was well organised and the experience itself, being up there in the 🎈 balloon was pretty spectacular and would highly recommend.

Must do!!

Fantastic experience, felt like you were floating it was that smooth...even if your scared of heights like me it's a must!! They contact you the evening before to confirm your pick up point. Lovely atmosphere when you arrive at the camp with fires lit, warm drinks and biscuits whilst you wait. The sunrise was a experience we won't forget , wished we were up there for longer! Big thankyou to our pilot and his team for making it so smooth. The berber breakfast after landing was lovely. Very well organised and a must do!

Worth every penny

This experience was AMAZING! Our driver Achraf (Ash) was so attentive and friendly. He spoke great English and had great conversations. He was there the whole time and we were so thankful for him!!! The quad bikes were so cool and such a great experience. The camels were amazing and picturesque. The dinner was SO GOOD and the show was so much fun! Definitely a great length of time. Worth every penny!!!!!

Exceeded expectations and very attentive!

Just do this!! We had an amazing trip with Wallid and his driver Hassan. They were the best guides who gave us special attention. I was traveling with my somewhat elderly mother and they were very attentive. Very professional and great planners. The tour has a LOT of driving so be prepared for that. But they do stop around every 2 hours for an attraction, meal or bathroom break. The bus only holds 16 so the groups are small and we quickly became friends. The camel ride was something we’ll never forget. 1 hr sunset ride across a corner of the desert to camp where we got dinner and music. The next day starts at 5 am with breakfast and then we set out on the camel ride again to get back to the bus. Then up to Fes, but stopped to visit monkeys and “Switzerland”. Defining a highlight of our Moroccan adventure!!

Worth Every 4AM Wake-Up, A Magical and Unforgettable Experience

An absolutely unbelievable experience. It was everything I imagined, and honestly even better. Completely worth the 4:00 a.m. wake-up call. The hot air balloon ride over the Atlas Mountains at sunrise was pure magic. Watching the sun come up from the balloon was one of those moments you don’t forget. The entire experience felt well organized, special, and worth every minute. The fire pits in the early morning waiting area were a great touch and definitely appreciated with the chilly start. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting near the coffee and breakfast area, since it was still dark and a little hard to see what I was eating or pouring. The camel ride afterward was so much fun, and the guides were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and took some amazing photos and videos for our group, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious as well. My only small note would be that I would have loved a few more protein options. Overall, an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend.
