The Narrows Hike is one of three bucket list hikes in Zion, and the only one that doesn't require a permit unless you plan to camp miles upriver. The slot canyon is deep and very dramatic with spectacular and sometimes surprising views the entire way. The dry trail in and out is flat, and paved but astonishingly beautiful. In addition, wading in the water provides a low impact core workout. Coral Pink Sand Dunes...

Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park was a blast! We spent the day UTVing across the dunes, sand sledding, and even attempted sand surfing (with very little success, but lots of laughs). The dunes are beautiful and unlike anything we see back home. Our tour guide was awesome; knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone had a great experience. The UTV ride was exciting, and sledding down the dunes was fun! Fair warning: the sand gets everywhere. I’m still finding sand five hours later, even after a shower and a soak in the hot tub! But honestly, that’s part of the adventure. If you’re visiting southern Utah and looking for something unique, fun, and family-friendly, Coral Pink Sand Dunes is definitely worth adding to your itinerary.

The Narrows was breathtaking!! Physically challenging but not unmanageable by any means. Moises gave us all the equipment and packed us a lovely charcuterie lunch! We had the BEST time. Moises knew the best routes and the best places for photos. The water was refreshing bc it was a hot day! Definitely start this tour early and prepare for epic views!

This was an amazing way to see the park! It was fun and informative. We biked the length of the park stopping at key sights. Our tour guide, Lillian, from Outta Here Bikes was fabulous. She made us feel safe and comfortable. She communicated with us throughout the ride via walkie-talkie and gave us great historical information at each stop. Can’t recommend this enough!

The UTV tour was awesome. Loved the bumpy off road paths, curves, and the spectacular atmosphere inside the slot canyons. Our guide Josh was personable and knowledgeable. We even had fun pushing the UTV out of the deep sand when it got stuck lol. Overall, five stars all the way... highly recommended!!

Definitely one of the best activities I've done in the Greater Zion area. I was traveling solo and don't drive, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. A special shoutout to Melvin, who was an amazing guide. He made sure everyone stayed safe, kept up with the group, and felt included throughout the activity. His positive attitude and attentiveness really made the experience even better. Slots That Pay!

We didn’t know what to expect with our adventure as we seemed to be outside of Zion in this quaint town. Next thing we knew we were walking into the most beautifully crimson slot canyon after just a short UTV ride through some fun dirt and sand! The temps dropped and the sun encouraged the colors to dance inside the canyon! To top it off, we were worried because we started the adventure at noon on a hot day, but this gave us a very welcome reprieve from the blazing sun and burning heat! If you are planning a slot canyon tour unsure of timing and which gives the prettiest slot experience, then let me just say, go with East Zion in the middle of the hot day and allow the canyon and McCoy (our guide) to take care of you. You will not be disappointed!!!! McCoy, we sincerely thank you and Tori for the thoughtful, fun conversation, incredible knowledge, and your humble charm. Your love of the work shows!!!

Highly recommend this canyon excursion!

Tour guide Brent was excellent! Taught us how to sandboard, took the coolest pics, and gave some interesting history and fun facts. UTV was a fun ride! Sandboarding was awesome and the canyon is breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend it especially If you’re looking for a less crowded more private version of antelope canyon with the same photo ops!

Great combo of activities!

My boys ages 7 and 10 had a blast! Highlight of the trip for sure. Riding around, a little sand boarding and a short slot canyon tour- perfect combo/amount of time. Our guide, Jordan, was friendly, fun, good with the kids, and had some interesting info to share with us about the area - he even made it hands-on learning so the boys were engaged.

A+ day out with friends

Stayed all day on the 21 and over side. Enjoyed sampling the different types and temperatures of pools. Only suggestion I have would be that they have more ways to get out of the sun and more seating outside the pools. They do have gazebos to rent. Overall, had a great time. Wonderful venue to go with friends. I would definitely recommend it and will return when I’m back in the area.

My wife and I ended up...

My wife and I ended up being the only two on the tour with Tyler, the tour guide, during our trip in early October. It was hands down the best thing we did while visiting Zion. We started the tour by doing the slot canyon first which isn't the normal flow of the tour since you pass the sand surfing hill on the way but Tyler agreed to swap it around with no hesitation. The slot canyon was really cool and Tyler was walking us through the different patterns we were seeing and helping us take awesome photos. Ask him about taking a vertical panorama, the dude knows his stuff. Tyler let us know that we can go at any pace we wanted which really let us just go with the flow. We were in the slot canyon for little over an hour and it was a good amount of time. Next we went back to the sand surfing spot and Tyler helped give us some pointers before letting us give it a shot. Similar to the slot canyon, it was up to us to dictate how long we wanted to surf. It is hard stuff and walking back up the hill takes it out of you. After 6 or so runs down the hill, the sun was getting close to setting and Tyler was trying to help us get some sunset photos with the dunes. Tyler couldn't have been more attentive and patient the entire time. I would highly recommend taking this tour and asking for Tyler. I would do the tour again tomorrow if I could.
