a great tour, the guides are very knowledgeable and the buffet lunch was lovely. there was initially a mix up with vehicles as well but it was all handled professionally and they were great at assisting us with crossing the border to and from botswana. i was also worried about the toilet situation but there was a toilet at the border, at the lodge where we had lunch and one on the boat

Our flight was delayed coming into Vic Falls Airport, but communication with Afro Dawn Safaris was seamless and our driver, whose name is Last, was waiting there with our sign clearly named. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable - lots of bits of information along the drive. Last, but definitely not least!!

Great Tour and great coordination between the different companies.

This was an amazing once in a lifetime tour. Bryn picked me up at my hotel and took me to the Botswana border where he walked me through the border process. He then connected me to the Botswana company, Holiday Africa Safari and Tours. Richard picked me and two other people up at the Botswana border for a day trip to the Chobe National Park. Chose he was a great driver and tour guide, he made sure we saw many animals and we had enough time to take plenty of pictures. He made sure we had plenty of water and once the driving tour was completed, he took us to the a local resort for lunch. The buffet lunch was good and we had plenty of time to eat. to our boat for the river tour. The boat was small and the Captain's name was Large. He was knowledgable about all the animals and a great boat captain. He made sure we had time to take plenty of pictures and had lots of water. After the boat tour, company staff returned us to the border where we met with our original drivers. I would highly recommend both company's.

Beautiful and challenging rafting experience!

A top-notch rafting experience but the decent and accent from the gorge are quite a challenge. We are in our mid-sixties and in good shape but the hikes down and out of the gorge were tough - boulder and ladder climbing included. Just a warning. And good shoes are important. That aside, the guides and all of the crew were the best, the rafting was super fun and the scenery was gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Excellent transfer service

Excellent service, our flight was delayed for over 2 hours and there was a driver waiting for us in arrivals with our name on a card. Quickly got us to his vehicle and supplied us with a cold water each. Quickly transferred us to our Vic fall accommodation giving us some really good information along the way. Highly recommended hassle free transfer service.

A great tour .. and make sure you ask for Trevor !

Wow .. what a brilliant tour !!! Our guide was Trevor .. a lovely lovely man !! He picked us up on time at 10am and drove us to the falls (explaining the local architecture of the town on route and the $50 entrance fee to the national park) .. nothing to do with the tour itself (ie. Even visitors on foot pay a fee varying on whether they are local or international). Trevor was extremely knowledgeable, giving us great advice (particularly when it came to ponchos .. an absolute ‘must’ this time of year !!). He explained the history of the Falls, the route we were going to take and gave us superb advice on the best photo opportunities. The scenery was breathtaking. By the end we were absolutely drenched by the spray/rains from the Falls (yes even with ponchos on !) .. and so were all the other visitors we passed along the way .. but everyone was smiling ! At the end of the walk (approx. 4km round trip), Trevor was extremely patient as ‘the boss’ took herself off to the souvenir shops and spent an age (and Trevor’s tip !) on gifts for the grandchildren. He then took us back to our accommodation where we quickly ran in to get a tip for him. A great tour .. and make sure you ask for Trevor !!
