I just completed an incredible full-day tour of the Salar de Uyuni, and it was easily the number one highlight of my trip! If you are looking for a flawless, deeply memorable experience, I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From the very beginning, the ease of booking and the thorough pre-tour organization put me completely at ease. Every logistical detail was handled seamlessly, allowing me to just sit back and absorb the breathtaking beauty of the landscape. The entire journey was an absolute dream. We drove over 120 km across the pure, bright white, roadless salt sea. Our expert driver-guide took incredible care of us at every single stop, ensuring we were safe, comfortable, and well-informed. They were also an absolute pro at staging hilarious and creative perspective photos and videos out on the endless white plains! We saw the fascinating "eyes of salt" where pressurized groundwater bubbles up, enjoyed a wonderful lunch right out on the flats, and hiked through the surreal, ancient giant cacti on Incahuasi Island. The guide even tracked down the perfectly flooded areas so we could witness the mind-bending, infinite mirror effect where the sky and earth completely blend together. To top it all off, we wrapped up the day watching a stunning sunset while sipping red wine right in the middle of the massive, quiet white expanse, before being driven back perfectly safely. nice trip

Very nice! Amazing nature! The guide was nice and explained about what we saw and also made some funny pictures which was good for memory. I really enjoyed the lunch we had on the salt field and the cactus island was really beautiful. I wish we could have stayed for another half hour after the sun had set because the sky was changing color and it would have been nice to see it reflected. But all in all a very nice trip!

Amazing tour of Uyuni Salt Flats

Nelson is simply an amazing guide. He took his time with us and really illuminated the life of Uyuni and the salt flats. His answers to our (many) questions were grounded in science, or history, or mythology, or geology -- sometimes complex concepts that he made easy to understand. Nelson is incredibly personable, with a great sense of humor, which made the 10-hour tour feel far shorter, and his service is top-notch. He really does go above and beyond to ensure you get the BEST experience out of the salt flats. We definitely did, and we have the photos to prove it. We also want to mention Christian, our driver, who made the ride through the flats spectacular. He's clearly very experienced and enormously kind, as well. We couldn't recommend Nelson and Christian more highly. They're exceptional at what they do.

Incredibly Special - Perfect Tour For Couples

Prior to booking this tour I saw a lot of negative reviews about the cost/value for money, which made me a little apprehensive to proceed. From start to finish it was absolutely flawless! They were waiting for us at the airport and then took us to have a buffet breakfast before starting the tour at there hotel in a lovely Lexus Jeep. We then started our tour after breakfast and no words, sentences or paragraphs can describe how incredibly special the salt flats are! Lucy & Daniel really went that extra mile to make our experience so memorable. If you want a more personalised, private experience with your partner, this is the tour for you. The private lunch in the middle of the salt flats, and the evening snacks/nibbles with wine at sunset was unforgettable. You don’t get this on the other group tours. They even paid for our taxi to the offices of our overnight bus company at the end of the tour. £150 per person was great value for money! Couples out there, do not hesitate to book this tour. You won’t be disappointed!
