I am Alessandra and my first contact with yoga was when I needed to improve the constant pain in the spine, anxiety and stress in 2009. I have worked for 6 years in a nursing home and psychiatric hospital in Brazil, and I have a real passion in working for improve people's quality of life. Then I studied 500 hours of “Hatha Vinyasa Yoga” A training certified by Aliance Yoga and I have made specializations in adapting the practice to all people with the help of knowledge in different natural and energy therapies. Take part in various missions such as Capture the Flag, Bomb Defusal, Briefcase Retrieval, or Team Elimination. Matches are open to the public, so you can book your spot individually, team up with other players, and meet new battle companions. The experience is structured into rounds consisting of 15 minutes of gameplay and 15 minutes of rest, ensuring every match is dynamic and exciting. Everything is included: Airsoft replica, protective gear, and a helmet. Before starting, you will receive instructions and a briefing on basic safety rules. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an experienced player. SOMA and SOUND is a unique experience combining an accessible class of gentle yoga and slow somatic movement with a deeply immersive sound healing journey. The session concludes with the rich sounds and powerful vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls and Himalayan instruments that I personally brought back from my sound healing training in Nepal. Held in a peaceful private finca surrounded by nature, the experience invites you to move, feel and gradually settle into deep relaxation.
