Our studio is located in a fascinating cave, a space rich in history and atmosphere that has been adapted to house our contemporary art gallery. MENA FUECO offers a selection of funky and unusual ceramic works with a strong personality and an extraordinary story to tell. Works that deserve to be seen, artists who deserve to be known. MENA FUECO is the art of encounter. It stems from the impulse to celebrate the creative fire that vibrates within us. To indulge and share the demiurgic spirit that finds happiness by experimenting, assembling, playing with shapes, colours and materials. We want to tickle that part of each of us that has never quite ‘grown up’. That inner child who still makes us look at things with awe and wonder, whose eyes linger curiously over even the most minute details, and whose hands cannot resist exploring hitherto unknown textures and shapes.
