Had a great time with Lloyd. He was personable, knowledgeable and ensured we had a good day. We wanted this tour to avoid having to pay for admission at the stops that required them. Bathing in the volcano mud bath was optional (we weren’t interested) and required additional admission if you were interested. He made sure we got to the best picture locations.

So we didn’t get to do this excursion because of issues on the cruise ship (tenders and local authorities delayed). I have no idea what the mud baths were like BUT the organizer was so patient with our situation and was really helpful. He answered my (slightly panicky) messages promptly, then called to help us figure out what to do, and then when the delays ran so long that there just wasn’t time for the excursion, he gently explained that we should cancel for the day. Sad to have missed this but the service was really first rate.

We were very lucky to see dolphins, pilot whales and a sperm whale!! The crew were great, drinks flowed and the boat sailed to sea in search of the mammals!!! A great experience we won’t forget. Worth a try, at the very least you get to see flying fish and St Lucia from the ocean. 🫶🏼✌🏽 book it in my opinion!!

I’m one of the people who was very hesitant about doing this. I’m claustrophobic and have a hard time getting used to breathing underwater while snorkeling. This was a piece of cake! Plus our guides took very good care of us and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend this company and this activity!

This service was truly EXCEPTIONAL! I purposely waited until the roundtrip transfer was complete before I wrote my review. Prior to the arrival at the airport, I received several messages with info on the process, where to meet, and to let me know they were monitoring my flight. I sent an email detailing the amount of luggage we had to make sure the vehicle could accommodate. They replied in minutes. They were waiting upon our arrival and provided a smooth transition through customs and to our driver. Our driver from Island Taxi and Tour was personable and considerate. Two days before our departure, I received confirmation of the time they would be at the resort to take us to the airport. I also was sent a reminder text. Our driver, Kevin, was on time and quite pleasant. He was so familiar with the back roads that he was able to bypass dead stopped traffic on the main highway to ensure our scheduled arrival at UVF. He went above and beyond expectations. This has been the best experience with arriving, Fast Tracking & departing an airport. It was well worth the price which was far less than what I would've paid at the resort!!!

It was great. Not hard to hike to y tree waterfall and Crystal our tour guide was very intelligent and knowledgable of the history of St.Lucia and plants and flowers in the rainforest. And she was comical as well . Her partner was very helpful wth the hike and took some of the group climbing up the waterfall and knowledable as well . I definately reccommend this tour

We stayed at sandals st grande. They pick you up from lobby and take you right next door. Solefish was our tour guide and he was amazing. My husband is a natural and I am not. Solefish made sure to keep checking on me to ensure I was comfortable. This excursion allows for different levels of comfort which I enjoyed where my husband was at the bottom of the ocean and I was exploring from the top. Very convenient to the sandals resort as we walked back to the resort from the excursion.

Absolutely wonderful; great knowledgeable driver, clean comfortable ride, and great stops! Our family of four was SO impressed. It was a fantastic introduction to St Lucia. While we are sad about the end of our vacation, we are looking forward to another wonderful trip !!
