Overview
This is the perfect way for swimmers and non-swimmers to experience the underwater world in St. Lucia. First you’ll have a safety briefing so you know exactly what you’ll be doing. Knowledgeable and safe. Helmets are heavy but alot of that is relieved in the water. Yiu can hear the air sound but not a problem. Views are weather/tide specific. Staff and really friendly and helpful.

I’m one of the people who was very hesitant about doing this. I’m claustrophobic and have a hard time getting used to breathing underwater while snorkeling. This was a piece of cake! Plus our guides took very good care of us and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend this company and this activity!

The weather was too rough for the helmet dive so Levi made the decision to allow only snuba. We switched to snuba but the captain said it was too rough for snuba when the trip before us came back in. While we were disappointed in not going out, we truly appreciated their safety first attitude, especially with kids. Since we were on a cruise ship, we could not reschedule even though that was offered. We were given a full refund.

We had a family of 7 adults that attended the seat Trek event on November 17th. One of which was extremely nervous. The scuba diver tour guide Antony Leonce was AWESOME. He made sure our family members were comfortable and noone ever felt pressured to continue if they were uncomfortable. You could tell that his number one priority was keeping us safe and informed. He had another scuber diver assistant that monitored us from the rear and kept our oxygen lines from being tangled. They both checked on us OFTEN throughout the tour. From the booking, through the pickup, orientation and ending, the process was very smooth. Even though we had a mishap with our scheduling times, Antony responded via the messaging feature in our e-ticket and was accommodating to make sure all of our family were together during one time. This was VERY MUCH appreciated!!
Now, for the "negative/improvement needed" feedback.. 1)half of our family had the benefit of attending this activity at another location and it was completely different. If someone is very scared of the water, walking into the open ocean with no stairs or guard rail would probably freak them out. This event did have a gradual slope and it was less frightening to ease into the water AT YOUR OWN PACE (watch the youtube videos and search st lucia seatrek to get an accurate picture before you book or arrive). However, we had one of those people in our group and that person still went through with it and loved it. Antony gave him 1:1 attention until he felt safe. 2) it would have been very helpful to have had an underwater photographer. Although we purchased the phone pouches, none of the phones worked underwater. I would be completely okay with you charging a little more for this event knowing we could have professional pictures taken (the same way we did at another location). Please consider this for the future!
Overall, this event was worth the cost and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Aruba. There are bathrooms on site and lockers for smaller bags (some of our big bags we left in the "office"). There are also food vendors and a small gift shop. When we finished, our driver Adams, gave everyone a bottle of water.

Had a terrific day here! I am not a good swimmer and a little claustrophobic, but I was perfectly fine. Guide explained everything thoroughly and I had no issues at all. Saw puffer fish, octopus, trumpet fish, and more. Transportation provided from the cruise port. Recommended!

There was confusion about the meeting place but once we got picked up our experience was seamless. We got all necessary information before getting into the water. Once in the water we had a very knowledgeable guide to show us around and point things out and even take underwater pictures of our experience that they downloaded to our phone to provide us with lasting memories. This is one experience that should be added to your bucket list!

This was such a cool tour! Coming from someone who was terrified of doing it, I would totally do it again. The guide was patient, knowledgeable, and funny. That made us both feel at ease with being in such unfamiliar territory. Highly recommend.

I paid money for a gopro camera to capture the moment. I was informed I would have my photos and videos by end of day, but have not received them yet. I want to leave a better review but without my photos and vidoes, I’d have to say don’t do this activity with this company. There are other companies that do this activity for cheaper and will provide you with photos and videos to memorialize the moment

Great experience! Antony aka trekaman took great care of us along with his partner. They explained everything thoroughly and we had an amazing time under the water. They took us to see some underwater sites and we got to interact with sea life! They also had underwater GoPros for rent which enhanced our experience 10x more! Would definitely recommend !!!

Simply put, this was not a good experience! My friend and I had respective issues with our sea trek machines, to include my oxygen cords getting tangled, helmet fogging up and ultimately my not being able to breathe on two attempts to go out.
My friend’s cord popped off and disconnected from his sea trek machine! After the third attempt to go out and it not being successful we took it as a sign this was not the day for us to sea trek.
Thank goodness for Octopus (an instructor) who helped and guided my friend and I back to land, he was great and very professional.
I have sea trekked several times before in different countries and we were very excited about exploring in St. Lucia however it didn’t happen and this overall experience was the worst!
And no one came to apologize or talk to us afterwards which was very disappointing and not good customer service in my opinion!

My husband and I went on this experience and he does not know how to swim but it was safe for swimmers and non swimmers alike. Levi was kind and knowledgeable. He ensured us that we are in safe hands when we shared our concerns. He was patient and kept checking in on us when we were in the ocean. They provide you with water shoes if you don’t have any, but we had our own. We would recommend that you try your best to complete the entire experience

Me, my husband and our friends did the SeaTrek experience. We booked prior to our cruise and the communication to organise the pick up point was very impressive.
When we booked, we thought the price was a little expensive as the experience wasn't for long. However, it was worth every penny and perfect for those people who aren't confident swimmers.
We all loved it and would book it again.
