Firstly, you will meet your private official tour guide in front of the south wall of Diocletian’s Palace. From here, you’ll see the full view of it’s scale and hear how and why the palace was built. In case your hotel is centrally located, we can arrange the pick-up from there. The palace was walled and the different entrance gates are still preserved. We traveled during shoulder season - late October. Tony and Jenny were amazing. Small group setting, very personal and enjoyable. The Music playlist was awesome. Although we did not swim, the blue lagoon was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants something a little unique and more intimate than the large boats.

This was the best experience anyone could ask for! Tino was amazing! He took many photos, explained this history, and had great conversations! For the price it’s unbeatable! We paid an extra £5 to have direct pick up and drop off to and from the cruise port. We didn’t even realize but lunch was also included! We got to see the country side of Croatia and get away from tourist areas! If you’re on the fence about booking this, just do it!

Beautiful excursion in the Adriatic!

A very beautiful excursion to the islands near Trogir and Split! We appreciated the good balance between a stop on an island in a historic fishing village, the Blue Lagoon, and a final stop at a beach where it is possible to get something to eat. Good skipper who knows his region well, water and coffee included on board, with the possibility of buying beer and sodas. The boats are comfortable and fast, and the format is well-suited; there are about a dozen guests on board. We recommend it!

Oyster and Wine Excursion

We had the best time on this excursion from Dubrovnik. It was just my wife and I and our driver, Vedrana, and she was awesome! She was so knowledgeable about the various locations and the history of Croatia. Yes, the drive from Dubrovnik to Ston is fairly lengthy, but the trip is well worth it. We stopped in the town of Ston for about an hour and had some breakfast (my wife had oysters and wine!) on our own...it was good to get out of the car. We then went to a local oyster farm. We took about a 10 minute boat ride out to a floating platform that had tables and examples of the devices they used to cultivate oysters and mussels. Our host was awesome and very knowledgeable. He gave us some grappa and candied appetizers while he got the platform ready. He then gave us a brief overview of how the oysters and mussels are farmed. He then shucked a bunch of oysters for us to eat with wine. He then prepared a huge portion of mussels and brought out some anchovies. All the food was so fresh and delicious. We stayed on the platform for about an hour total, headed back to shore and met up with Vedrana and headed to the winery. We went to a small family vinery where we tasted a white and four red wines. He gave us the history of his winery and told us all about the wines we were drinking...of course we bought a couple of bottles. We then headed back to Dubrovnik. We stopped about halfway home at a scenic overlook where you could see many of the islands offshore. The whole way home Vadrana shared personal stories and a history lesson of the area, it was all very interesting and enjoyable. We would absolutely do this tour again.

Lovely morning introduction to split

We had a lovely morning tour at 11am, great variety and set us up go explore the town ourselves. You will be very full so probably plan to eat light in the evening..we sampled so many different things, pastries, burek, fish, olive oil, very sweet lavender shop for the local drink, wines, and the green market. Our guide Lorena was very friendly and organised and kept us moving.

We enjoyed every minute of this trip. To swim in the blue lagoon was a special experience. Trogir was worth the visit. Beautiful big speedboat with plenty of shade, wine and water. Thank you Tony and Marija, you were very organised, kept us safe, played beautiful music and took photos of all the guests snorkling at the Blue Lagoon.The whatsapp group chat worked very well with notifications when the boat will depart, restaurants we can try out and for posting photos of the trip. We can highly recommend this activity.

A beautiful day

Very beautiful landscapes, a simple comfortable trip (driver Drago) and a guide (Bary) who really spends the day with us, gives us a nice itinerary with not too much waiting for the boats on site. However, you have to walk a little during the visit so you must have a minimum of energy for this visit. You can also opt out of the tour and do your own tour if you prefer. In short, a beautiful day in a beautiful place with a nice guide!

Wonderful Experience!

The tour experience was really great - well organized and efficient in how it was handled going across boarders. I applaud Laura (tour guide) for how well she got us through the boarder checkpoints. All the places that we stopped were beautiful and felt that we were given so many pointers on what was the best things to do at each stop and local recommendations. Love that. Only feedback is that in the details for the tour, it would be helpful if there were guidance given on what to wear and bring in regards to swimming and footwear. As Mostar was really slippery and then going to the waterfalls - it would have been helpful to have the understanding of expectations in footwear.

Great tour of Diocletians...

Great tour of Diocletians palace in split and of the old town in Trogir! We had a great guide I can’t remember his name but we did the tour in June and it was very hot and he made sure to put us in the shade every chance he got while explaining the history of each stop on the tour which was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Worth the long journey time

Had booked the tour at short notice. Booking process and pick-up worked very well. The journey was long, the bus comfortable. From the guide we also received interesting information and tips for other excursions along the way. The park visit with access at the upper lakes and end at the lower exit was perfectly planned. Bottom line, a successful day. Only why we had to take our passports remains unclear.
