What are people saying about Siem Reap

A very good package that I highly recommend without hesitation.
Our guide, nicknamed "Indiana Jones," along with our driver, nicknamed "James Bond," took us early in the morning to Angkor to admire the sunrise with the main temple as a backdrop.
The images we saw will stay in our minds forever.
A breathtaking landscape and scenes that, once you see them, you will never forget.
This was followed by a tour of the main sites of Angkor.
Yes, they also showed us the spot featured in the movie Tomb Raider.
After that, we enjoyed a good meal at a local restaurant, and then continued the tour around the temple complex, which is vast and includes countless temples (over 200).
A very good package that I highly recommend without hesitation.

Choosing tours is difficult, but we really got lucky choosing this one.
We did a private tour.
Mr Leap was an amazing tour guide. He was very friendly, very helpful, but most of all very organized. He got us to Angkor Wat earlier than most other people so that we could get the very best place for the sunrise (that spot changes month by month and he is well aware of where at any given time). It also meant that despite not being able to see the temple with the naked eye, the camera picked up some incredible images with coloured backgrounds (this would depend on the type of phone).
Because we were early we were at all the attractions before the crowds arrived meaning that we got better photos uncluttered with people and never had to wait for anything. The not waiting meant that we got around all of the sites in less time than it would take when it was busy.
Mr Leap had an encyclopedic knowledge of all the temples, the religions of the time and the leaders. He pointed out things at Bayon Temple that I may not have noticed, and certainly wouldn't have understood without his description. It really made it come alive.
When we went to Ta Prohm he directed us to all the best spots to get photos.
The driver Mr Pheap was very attentive at giving us cold cloths and cold water after any long stops.
I could not recommend this tour more highly. I hope you choose it and get every bit of enjoyment that we had.

Great Experience!
Amazing experience - I highly recommend you do this. The boat tour was incredible and I learnt so much about lotus and lotus silk. It's also an incredible program that works to employ local women and artisans. A must if you are visiting siem reap! Try the lotus beer!

Great tour of the island!
We often just book a local guide to explore new ports but this ATV tour had great reviews so we gave it a chance. Sheldon was a great guide, we had a fantastic time and would def recommend. It is a little difficult to find but the tour operators do a great jobs sending you step by step directions. Do make sure you are not waiting for. Store time from them, you MUST initiate contact via Viator messages to confirm your tour time. Easy peasy. Def recommend!

Best day ever!
Nak was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Cambodia and the entire Angkor Wat area.
He was super patient as I took sooo many photographs.
We appreciated his kindness and enjoyed hearing about Cambodia daily life, including the years he spent as a monk.
What a beautiful day we had, inspite of the heat. We were provided with ice cold water and cold face cloths every time we returned to the car hot and sweaty.
So grateful for him sharing his country with us! 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful tour...
We had a wonderful tour with Mr Rith and driver Mr Nak. Communication was fantastic from before the tour until the end. We felt thoroughly looked after including the quality of the tour information (it was clear Mr Rith had a considerable knowledge of the Ankor Wat and surrounding temples) the cool towels and water after each stop (very grateful thanks to Mr Nak) and the careful consideration of where was the best place to get some excellent photos (Mr Rith has caught some amazing pictures of our family together) and the timing of attendance to avoid the queues as much as possible. We do not hesitate in recommending both and thank them for a very special tour that we will always remember.

Culture meets nature
An incredible experience combining nature, culture, and fun. Our guide, Chanda, was the best guide we had in Cambodia. Very kind, with a deep knowledge of Cambodian culture, history, and religion. We started with a visit to the Kulen Mountains, with stunning views and fantastic photo opportunities, and ended with a fun afternoon of swimming in the waterfalls in the same natural park. FANTASTIC!

Road trip from Siem Reap to Phenom Penh
A great way to see the countryside of Cambodia.
First class vehicle. Comfortable, massage chairs, cooling, charging ports...the best. Our driver Den was on time. knowledgable and a good driver. Had many stops (but that is up to you) along the way that he explained. Bamboo ladies, spider village, old bridge and more.
Our ONLY complaint was the truck stop lunch place. The coffee is good, the staff are lovely BUT the food is definetely geared towards a Cambodian native palette. Not so much for tourists.

Must do tour in Siem Reap.
Another great tour in Siem Reap. This one was packed with so many interesting places not just the temples. The picnic right by the waterfall was especially enjoyable. The chicken, wow! The whole tour was well organized and executed by our tour guide Seila. I’m so impressed how fluently the guides in Cambodia speak English and Seila was no exception. The driver, Mr. Theara, and Seila make a great team and I appreciated both for taking great care of the group.

We had a fabulous time...
We had a fabulous time meeting the three elephants (Pom Pom, Gee Gee and Homie). The sanctuary is around 1.5 hours drive from Siem Reap but worth the travel. The guides were really informative and clearly enjoyed their jobs. You will make rice balls for the elephants and then feed them with plenty of opportunity for photos. You can choose to give them a mud bath and meander down to the river and give them a thorough scrub. Or just watch if you prefer. You get really close to the elephants and they seem to really enjoy the interactions. They each have their own personalities. It was a real delight to experience and we couldn’t stop smiling. The sanctuary was really grateful for visitors. Thank you!

Terrific experience of local food
We loved this tour. It is so well curated with the stops at family restaurants as well as in a village outside of town. The food was delicious, our guide, Heng, was so nice and informative. Our tuk tuk driver was very safe and courteous. Highly recommend!

Eye opening and very enjoyable
A fantastic afternoon starting with hotel pick-up (and ending with being dropped off). The trip there (1hr) was comfortable. The river/village experience was eye opening and educational in a good way. The village construction is crazy/amazing. Having a meal and drink on a floating resteraunt on the lake was fabulous. The sunset cannot be controlled and was clouded over but being out on the lake was still great.
Our guide was excellent (sorry we did not catch your name) and the information that he provided was very good. If you have mobility issues this may not be for you as getting on/off the boat can be tricky. Other than that a highly recommended experience!

The resort town of Siem Reap, Cambodia, is known as the gateway to the ancient temples of Angkor. The best way to see the ruins is with an expert—Siem Reap’s tours deepen your experience of the mysterious Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Ta Prohm sites. When you’ve had your fill of history, discover the modern side of Siem Reap by sailing to the floating villages of Tonle Sap Lake, learning to cook Khmer dishes, and taking trips to waterfalls and the Kulen Elephant Forest.
