The team did a great job of communications up to the day of the tour. Emails and queries flowed easily and kept everyone on track. My guide called me the night before an confirmed the tour and time for pick up. I went down to the lobby early and the driver was already there with a sign with my name on it. Off we went, and was communicating with my guide the entire route (about an hour). Upon arrival, Jenny was there and greeted me and explained that we needed to go! Seems while she was waiting for me to arrive, several buses full of children arrived and were blocking the entrance! She maneuvered through the mob like an expert and had us past the crowd in no time. It was an extremely rainy day, and Jenny recommended that we try organize our tour to buildings and cities till the rain let up and we wouldn't be stuck out of doors in a down pour. Things worked out perfect as we finished up lunch at a Michelin star dumpling place (phenomenal food) and worked our way through town and off to the zoo. The zoo highlights for me were the red pandas and the butterfly collection. It was a very nice zoo, well maintained and a tad hot so the giant pandas were hanging out in their closures sleeping it off. Jenny was well versus in Shanghai and provide a wealth of information about the city and the places we visited. My snack selections were meat based, and the first one (pork belly) was incredible! I still think of it to this day and can taste its goodness. Upon completion, Jenny got me back in the car and off to the hotel. I had a wonderful time and cannot recommend this company enough & especially Jenny!

Very nice experience, good option if you have only a few hours to visit Shanghai, as the venue has good conection with Pudong Airport. Access was smoth and easy, waiting time was very little. The view is just fantastic.

Easy to book tickets in advance for this attraction when visiting Shanghai. The views are incredible when weather permitted.

Put this on the top of your list for Shanghai! We loved it: highly recommend the 3 Balls option as it provides all the viewing opportunities provided: we gasped in disbelief at the multiple wonderful views of Shanghai at night: a wonderland of colour! Excellent: well worth every cent to experience this. TIP: do this one at night and book another tower (nearby) for the following morning: super to get two very different perspectives. We rate this 10/10.

Viator is my go to option when travelling to Asia from Europe, their service is excellent and I can always count on their help with any last minute issues.

Cool place, and extra cool to walk on the glass floor. Too many screaming people and a bit too much comics. The third bubble is not much to see, but still a must.
