Great morning on the Central market bike tour
We had a great morning exploring Santiago parks and the central market on our bikes. Isabella our guide was excellent. She took great care of us and provided really interesting information
I highly recommend this tour, you get to experience some local life and explore areas you wouldn’t easily find on your own

Ask for Cristian. He knows Santiago.
Ask for Cristian. He went above and beyond showing us his city. He proved knowledgeable and imaginative as he showed us all over Santiago. Don’t waste your time on group tours or walking tours. Your time is too valuable to waste on cheap tours with unmotivated guides.

Pablo brings excitement...
Pablo brings excitement and passion to his guests. Food tours I've had throughout the world walk to various establishments for tastings, etc. With Pablo the tour is spent mostly in the original STGO Mercado where a real feel for the common man is better understood. As he walks through the market explaining and feeling the culture the vendor owners smile and greet him and his guests with kindness. He shows the food as consumed by the local citizens in a place where they purchase fresh seafood, meats, fruits and vegtables rather than a fancy restaurant.

Amazing Hiking Opportunity in the Andes
Definitely a top day tour from Santiago. Andres was an amazing guide with a love of the Chilean environment and the Andes mountains. He paced the tour with consideration of all participants and kept us entertained with information about the Andes mountains and eco system.

Outstanding Service at the Airport
So I was a bit annoyed when our driver was ten minutes late picking us up from the hotel. I’m a nervous flyer and wanted plenty of time to drop bags, go through passport control and security. Carlos was excellent. He navigated the airport, parked the car and wheeled our luggage into the terminal and directly to priority check in. That was an added service you don’t get with uber or a taxi. Well worth the investment!

Andes Mountain / Valle Nevado tour with picnic
Takes about an hour to get up to the Valle Nevado ski resort and then an hour back to Santiago. The picnic was in a very pretty location where we got to see some Andean condors. Just make sure you're in good shape as this tour involves a fair amount of hiking at altitude (~10,000 ft/3000 m). My guide, Leon, did an excellent job during this approximately 5 hour tour.

Outstanding tour
The guide, Leon, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me walk on uneven surfaces and stairs. The pace of the tour was perfect. I saw everything I wanted to see. The driver and vehicle were great too. I highly recommend this private tour. Worth every penny.

Perfect Overview of Santiago
Our guide Sebastian had an excellent knowledge of the history of Chile and Santiago. From the days of the Incas to present time, he brought the culture of Santiago alive. Wear good walking shoes. Don’t miss going to the top of the fortress. Beautiful views.

Exceptional Trip!
This was an amazing trip! Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar are beautiful towns and should not be missed. We loved seeing the whimsical side of Valparaiso contrasted to the resort feel of Vina Del Mar. Our guide, Giovanni, was exceptional. He was so accommodating to every request, plus he was entertaining and an absolute wealth of information about the two cities and Chile in total. His English was quite good, making it easy to have a conversation during the entire trip.

Sensational Mountain Vistas
Our guide was superb! Hermo made us feel comfortable throughout our Andean Mountain experience. We are senior citizens so going up around 10,000 feet requires more patience and understanding and Hermo fully accommodated our need to walk a little slower and to ensure we were safe. We absolutely were in awe of the spectacular views and seeing the Andean Condor. Having a nice lunch snack with Chilean wine made this day even more special! I highly recommend this trip, it is worth every penny!

We had a wonderful Viator...
We had a wonderful Viator excursion in Santiago that took us to see the penguins on Cachagua Island, sea lions in a coastal city to the south, and the incredible murals of Valparaíso. The itinerary itself was fantastic and offered a great mix of wildlife, scenery, and culture.
The tour was advertised as a private experience, but it ended up being semi-private as we picked up another couple along the way. That said, it worked out just fine—the other couple was very pleasant, and it did not take away from our enjoyment. Our tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the day, making sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The tour started with hotel pickup and lasted a little over 12 hours from start to finish, which was longer than the 9 hours originally expected. While it was a long day, it was also very full and rewarding. One of the highlights was a delightful Chilean lunch, followed by a stop for Brazilian ice cream—both were excellent and a perfect way to break up such a full itinerary.
Overall, it was a memorable experience with great guides and unforgettable sights. We truly enjoyed the day and would recommend this excursion to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and vibrant culture of Chile in a single, well-planned outing.

A Day of Colour and Culture
Met up with Jorge our guide and Dalton our driver and set off. First stop was Veramonte Vineyard where we did a tour and heard about the making of the wine with some wine tasting. From the vineyard we travelled on to Viña del Mar and visited the famous flower clock and then headed to lunch in a restaurant right on the water. The seafood was amazing. Our next visit was La Sebastania which is, the poet, Pablo Neruda’s house in Valparaíso. The audio tour was interesting and informative … the house quite unusual and quirky with many avant garde rooms and ornaments. This was followed by a walking tour of Valparaíso. Amazing street art and lots of colour. Also went down to the port on the furnicular, Ascensor Concepcion, which was built in 1 December 1883. A long but unforgettable day.
