We had a great private tour with Vicente!! He showed us the highlights, knew a lot of history, info about Chile and gave us tips about what to see in Santiago and the surrounding area. Vicente’s English was perfect and he answered all of our questions. He personalized the tour for our family of four. We had a great time! Thank you for a wonderful tour!!

Our guide Sebastian had an excellent knowledge of the history of Chile and Santiago. From the days of the Incas to present time, he brought the culture of Santiago alive. Wear good walking shoes. Don’t miss going to the top of the fortress. Beautiful views.

Nice walking tour of Santiago; a little history, a little shopping, a museum and church, and a seafood restaurant. Make sure you inquire about market price of king crab before ordering to avoid sticker shock.

Great way to see a bit of town when on a stop over.
Maria was great picked me from my hotel and walked from there for 2 hours.
A good mix of sites, lots of history shared and rest stops when needed.

Nice conversation. No other added value. You can do this walking tour yourselves. If you have travelled enough you will not need this

My wife and I were the only ones on the walking tour, which was great, except for the fact that on this particular day there were literally hundreds of thousands of people in the street and at the sites we wanted to see. That made it very problematic because we were forced to maneuver through huge crowds. I think our guide, who was very sincere and proud of what Santiago offered (and spoke excellent English) probably should have detoured into a different route. We're both in our 70s and even though we're in good physical shape, we were exhausted. Once we got away from the throng, it went much better. Bottom line is that she probably should have been a bit ore flexible considering the big parade and our age.

Vicente was a great tour guide. I was able to experience the vibrant culture of
Santiago most of which I would have totally missed had I been on my own. Vicente is very knowledgeable of the city’s history and was even kind enough to recommend some amazing restaurants to me. I would highly recommend booking this your.

Had a great time learning about Santiago & Chile. And the best taste of the food this city can offer

Cristóbal was a great guide on a hot day. Very informative tour, we learned much about downtown Santiago and the history of Chile. The tour started at 11am, which put is in the hottest part of the day, and we had lunch after 3pm. I would recommend future tours start at 9:00 or 9:30am, which would make for a cooler tour and better timing for lunch.

Pedro was amazing, unfortunately the jet lag got the better of me and I had to cut it short, but he could not have been a better host!

Cristobal was an excellent guide. Set a comfortable pace and showed us all the main highlights of Santiago. He recommended some good local restaurants for dinner and took us to a very local spot for lunch which was most enjoyable. His knowledge of local history was impressive. He stopped frequently to talk but only after finding a shady spot. He helpfully suggested several things for us to do by ourselves on the following day.

Talking to the local guide about life in Chile.
Shame there wasn't more about the older history of Chile including the indiginous people.

This was a great intro to the city of Santiago. Our guide Diego, was very knowledgeable about the history to the present. He shared great stories and took us to the views at Santa Lucia Park and the bustling downtown boulevards. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed an afternoon tour of Santiago with Cristobal. We were able to customize our tour with the highlights we were interested in. Cristobal knows the city and was able to accomodate our wishes. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend Viator to my friends.

I simply loved this three -hour walking tour in Santiago. My guide, Andres, was wonderful. He is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. As I already knew the centre, we decided to climb San Cristobal Hill. The experience was simply amazing. Go for it! I left Santiago with very good memories of this walking experience and with a new friend: Andres, my guide. Thanks very much.

Maria Jose was at our hotel right on time and she gave the best of her to take us the tour on our short available time.
Great time and information from a young local!
Claudette_R, Aug 2023
Our guide Jaime was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. We choose this activity as we were only in the city a short time so this was a perfect way to learn as much as possible and navigate the streets without getting lost.
Mark_M, May 2023
Jaime met us at our hotel right on time. Within minutes of our introduction he began a wonderful four-hour history lesson of Santiago. By the end of our tour we felt like Jaime had become our friend and we were sad to end our day with him.
Highly recommend this tour with Jaime!
