Pleasant and informative.

This was a very pleasant, and very easy tour. We had very little walking. It did not go to Dunns, or the skyride though. Albert, our guide, was very professional and also friendly. I asked him a bazillion questions about Jamaica and he had all the answers. He was also a very good, and careful driver. If you've seen some of the roads in Jamaica, you'll appreciate that. We were able to bring a conventional wheelchair. One of us can no longer walk more than 5 minutes, so we brought it just in case, but we didn't need it. But I would definitely email first to be sure though. They responded very quickly to emails when I asked about the chair. Very pleased with the tour.

This is all day. Bring cash tips for 4 guides, 2 and 2 and driver who spends whole day w you! Our guide & driver, Copley, was excellent. Picked up folks from about 4 or 5 stops close together in Montego Bay. You'll make a stop at large gift shop and bathroom...so if you dont have water shoes. Waterproof phone case & towel...all mandatory! You can.purcase them . Not over priced. The best part, IMO, 2nd part of hiking up slippery wet rocks to top Dunn Falls w excellent guides who can help you " A LOT" !! WAITING FOR VIDEO.....THERE was a VIDEOGRAPHER who also helped manuver over rushing streams. 1st part Secret Falls & Blue Hole...jumping off high platforms ( or lower), bit of swimming, bar attached to swinging rope to propel you far enough over rock legde...to let go. Little water slides, and beautiful scenery.

Great way to experience some of Jamaica for the first time!

We had a great time at both the horse back riding and the bamboo rafting! It was so much fun riding the horses along the beach and then getting out in the water with them! The horses were very gentle and the guides were so much fun, joking, laughing, even taking our phones and taking videos and photos all along the way. The captain of our bamboo raft was also a lot of fun to be around. He danced, played music, and even let us venture out on the raft to take stand and take photos, even took some for us as well with our phones. But maybe the best part of the day was our driver, Kenneth! He informed us of different things along the way between sites, keep our valuables secure while we were engaged in the different activities, and then drove us to a great restaurant at our request where we could try jerk chicken, pork, and sausage. Then after leaving the restaurant, at our request, dropped us off at a shopping district near the ship where we could look through the shops before returning to the ship! I would highly recommend this excursion and if you are lucky enough to have Kenneth as your driver, you will have an awesome day!

Great Option Instead of Cruise Ship Excursion

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.

The BEST staff (Whitfield) & the highest level of service - 10/10 Excursions Company for Cruisers!

This excursion during our Oasis of the Seas cruise was a million times better than we could have ever imagined!! Whitfield was the such an informed, kind, fun, and easy to talk to driver. We were so grateful to have someone who would help us navigate a new country and provide all the helpful hints for each stop. He catered the entire day to our exact wishes, including a stop to get some killer Jerk Chicken. He drove so safely in comparison to everyone else on the road, which you will quickly realize is such a blessing - very few street signs, quick speeds, and lots of passing traffic. He was ready to go super early, so they we could start the day as soon as we made it to the independent bus depot (highly recommend getting there ASAP once gangway drops, so you can beat the major crowds at the attractions). I would 100000% book this excursion again if I had to do it over. Courtney Taylor tours makes it their priority to give amazing service and get you back in plenty of time to meet the boarding requirement. Blue Hole and Dunns Falls were both so special and cool to see; do not miss out on this unique experience! PSA - The photo packages do get pricey so highly recommend bringing a waterproof phone case lanyard & good water shoes for the slick rocks.

Beyond Perfect!!

Was an absolute amazing day! Vaughn and the crew were so friendly, kind, and wanted to ensure we had the best day out ever. It was the perfect perfect day to celebrate our daughter‘s 21st birthday as a family of five. I was beyond impressed with the extras that they helped with. The birthday decorations were an added touch and so perfect. He helped with delicious lunch and cake being catered in for the day. The entire crew were beyond amazing. The beach and snorkeling were also great locations. They surprised us with an opportunity to go jet skiing, which was perfect for the college kids who had been asking to go prior to this trip. We were able to do it while on the boat and it was another just memorable and amazing experience. The crew had just as much fun as we did celebrating the birthday! It felt like we had known the group forever. Highly recommend in worth every penny! We would definitely go back and do it again. Thank you!!!!

Solo Birthday Vacation

The photographs produced from the session were of good quality; however, I had specifically requested these images for my birthday. It is apparent that there is no expedited option available for edits, and I believe that the provision of five edits is insufficient. A more appropriate range would be between ten to fifteen edits, especially considering the volume of photographs taken during the session. Furthermore, I found the photo shoot to be somewhat rushed. The team did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor when I introduced myself and attempted to engage in conversation. I also encountered limitations regarding certain poses I wished to execute, which I found disappointing. Additionally, I observed that the pick-up occurred earlier than the scheduled time I had booked. I would recommend that individuals seeking to book a session explore alternative options to find a service that accommodates a greater number of edits and the possibility of expedited photo processing, while also allowing clients to express their creativity through a wider range of poses.
