Absolutely LOOOOOVVED!! We experienced some horrible travel delays but this company was so compassionate and accommodating. They responded so quickly and Ms. Racquel was a wonderful tour guide! She was patient, knowledgeable, and contributed greatly to the overall experience! Shopping was nice and the rafting was so fun! Definitely would book again and HIGHLY suggest you book too!

The raft ride was nothing really. A few minutes down an uninteresting river followed by several minutes stop at a drink kiosk and back. The raft Captains Andre and O'Brien as well as the rest of the staff were very welcoming g and helpful. Shopping g was fine although high pressure.

Love this experience, one in a kind when you come to Jamaica. Carl was our driver and he was very nice. He even stopped us to get KFC and a couple of local spots. The rafting experience was also a fun time.

Great experience from start to finish. Carl, our driver for the trip to and from the rafting was brilliant. He filled us in with local info during our trip and provided excellent customer service. We asked if we could add a visit to a local restaurant after the rafting. Carl sorted this and so we were able to enjoy a late lunch at Mongoose in Ochio Rios. Fantastic food with vegetarian options ( which Carl checked out before we went). Would highly recommend this restaurant too.
The rafting was very relaxing. Xavier was our guide with this gentle trip down to the sea on a raft. He also offers a massage, with limestone, to add to the experience. Would suggest wearing water shoes or the like as if you get off the raft at the beach it is pebbly and stony.
The excursion stops at a well stocked gift shop in Ochio Rios on the way to rafting. However, you can also buy a couple of items from a small shop where the rafting is and some small stalls set up on the pebble beach by locals.
FYI - our driver Carl is a licensed taxi driver. We were so impressed by him we cancelled the transfer we had booked to take us to Kingston for our flight home. Found him very professional and reliable!

I spent my 21st anniversary with Jamspot!! Carl arrived in a clean vehicle decorated with balloons and he also presented us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. When we arrived to the location, Raquel welcomed us and provided info on how our tour would go. She was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. Raquel then introduced us to our Captain, Xavier, who was the best! His bamboo raft was decorated for our anniversary! Xavier was attentive, he navigated the river with ease and even let us use his phone to play music during the ride. Carl patiently waited for us and safely got us back to where we were staying. They made my day extra special and if I ever come back, I'm reaching out Jamspot Ja!

Racquel was the best tour operator. So kind, genuine and friendly. She picked us up right on time with a big smile and told us the plans for the day. Our 1 hour drive was filled with conversation and local knowledge and laughter. First stop was a gift shop where we picked up a few things. Our next stop was the bamboo rafting where she had us lined up with Xavier. He was just as welcoming, kind, friendly and laid back as Racquel. We were in for a treat. The bamboo ride was simply amazing and you are truly in the heart of Jamaica. Xavier filled us full of the vast history of the river (which is mind boggling). My wife got the limestone massage, she said it was amazing. Along the way Xavier pointed out all the wildlife and explained them to us. One surprise was he carried all the way to the ocean to a beautiful beach where many battles of the Spanish war were fault. There were some locals on the beach selling fruit and hand made things and we talked and hung out with them for a while which was an experience all it's on. The raft ride back Xavier gave us the opportunity to dive in the river and swim which was also amazing. All I can say is book this tour with Racquel!!! It will exceed all your expectations. Many thinks to Racquel and Xavier, two beautiful souls
