Learn crochet with Wayuu weavers to create your backpack and explore their daily life and traditions while you weave! You can also learn how to weave a traditional hammock. We will accompany you in the kitchen work and share your customs.

This unique purposeful tourism program in La Guajira will allow you to explore one of the most fascinating and remote destinations in Colombia. Travelers who join our routes not only enjoy spectacular scenery, but also have the opportunity to contribute directly to the welfare of animals in vulnerable communities and to work with the ancient Wayuu culture. You will participate in a veterinary first aid workshop, attend field care days and promote respect and empathy for all forms of life with communities. In addition, by booking this experience, you will be supporting a nonprofit foundation. All proceeds go directly to save and improve the lives of thousands of animals.
