With the help of our Chef(fe), you will prepare the choux dough and learn all the tricks to recreate it successfully back home. You will pipe the éclairs and bake them. While the éclairs are in the oven, you will make a creamy chocolate pastry cream with a Mexican twist. After a well-deserved break, you will fill the choux, prepare the chocolate glaze and decorate them.
