Her name is Dee but the tour gets an A
This tour was fantastic. Deepal (aka Dee) gave great overview of the cemetary and then took us around to the highlights, with an intetesting story for each. In addition to being so well prepared, she was friendly and great fun to be around. (Plus she even laughed at some of my jokes!)

Paris cemetery tour
Dee was our guide and could not have been better! She was very knowledgeable and presented it with humor and ease. There were only 3 of us so it was virtually a private tour. Dee also gave incredible insight into Paris in general. Loved it.
Thank you Dee and Viator!

Cemetery Tour a Must!
Our tour guide patiently waited for us to join her. We were 10 minutes late and she met us with a smile. The historic knowledge she shared about the cemetery and the people buried there was fascinating and in depth. We had a great time.

The very rocky and hilly graveyard
Not quite as ghostly and scary as I thought it would be, but still very interesting. A lot of walking up and down very rocky and narrow passages. You need to pay attention to where you’re stepping ! We were there for the Jim Morrison grave, but the others were very interesting. also Guide did a great job. A little long winded on some of the graves but still good job.

Great way to learn about the history of Paris
I would recommend this tour of Père Lachaise Cemetery. It is a great way to get a snapshot of the social and cultural history of Paris. Our tour guide Nelly Glorian was outstanding. She had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the cemetery and the history of Paris in general. Her expertise and enthusiasm really brought to life the stories of the people buried in this cemetery.

Learning the history of the dead in Paris
Our tour guide was Vic. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the cemetery and spent time explaining and answering questions. My husband and I had a great time and recommend this tour.

Andrea was awesome! She...
Andrea was awesome! She is super friendly and knowledgeable about the cemetery and it's inhabitants. She totally went out of her way to find out where Marcel Marceau was burried (he wasn't on the original tour) and added his grave site for me. I highly recommend her and this tour!

Take this tour!
Alex was very knowledgeable about many of the interesting sites at Père Lachaise. It was a great 2 hour tour. We would never have figured these out for ourselves. So glad we took the tour. He went at our pace and showed us many interesting things. I highly recommend Alex for this tour

Père LaChaise Cemetery is a Must See in Paris
Père LaChaise Cemetery is a veritable who’s who of those who have gone before us including Chopin, Balzac, Oscar Wilde, Jim Morrison and more. The gravesites are as beautiful as any piece of art in a museum. Our guide, Alberto, is a treasure…knowledgeable, witty, an expert navigator of this is sprawling necropolis.

Amazing Experience
This tour at LLachaise was amazing. Marine is a local and was able to bring the cemetery to life, pun intended. Since I am also a tour guide, my expectations are high. This tour did not fail to impress. The cemetery is truly outstanding as was this guide. I highly recommend.
