What are people saying about Monte Albán

It’s a bus service more than anything
It’s basically a bus to get you back and forth to Monte Alban. You do get about 30 minutes with a local guide at Monte Alban explaining the history, and he was good. However the meeting location to pick up the bus is confusing and not well explained. The bus was clean, air conditioned, and the driver was friendly. If you have the 8am pickup you don’t leave Monte Alban until noon.

Great tour
Great historic sites, great Mexican buffet lunch and the pyramids and ancient convent were stunning.

Monte Alban Guided tour with Ivan
Knowledgeable, informative, and friendly guide, who left us plenty of time to roam. No need for extra characters.

Guided tour
I thought that our guide would use more English as my Spanish isn’t solid. The tour was amazing. Just wish I had understood more of the content.
