Welcome to a relaxed, home-style cooking school tucked away in the countryside near the village of Bellaghy in Mid Ulster. Join Bronagh in her cosy kitchen and experience hands-on learning with fresh, local ingredients. As you cook, you’ll explore Irish food traditions, from baking soda, wheaten, and potato breads to creating dishes rooted in local culture, using her family recipes. There are also foraging experiences, where we head outdoors to gather seasonal wild ingredients to turn into delicious dishes, drinks, jams, sauces or desserts. Afternoon tea classes are available, where participants make their own scones, breads, soups, mini cakes, and treats. At the end you can sit down together to enjoy a beautifully set afternoon tea with your creations. Join Tracey in her home on the shores of Strangford Lough 30 minutes outside Belfast and taste homemade treats from jams to soda bread.
