This was our first time in Canada, and the wine tour was one of the highlights of our trip! The vineyards were beautiful, the wine was delicious, and the whole day was really relaxing and fun.
Our guide, Joe, was not only super knowledgeable but also really funny he made the whole experience even better with jokes and great stories. We felt comfortable asking questions and learned a lot about the local wines.
Sipping wine with a view of the vineyards was such a perfect moment. If you're visiting Canada, we definitely recommend this tour!

The service is offered by the tour operator and joe the driver were awesome. Three of the four stops we made were great. We were not impressed with wayne Gretzkys stop. No organized tasting. Felt like going to a loud bar. You are sort of just left on your own to explore and purchase your samples If you wanted it to The other three that we visited were very well organized and very informative. I would recommend a tour if the wayne gretzky stop was replaced with another

The wineries we went to had a great selection and unique flavours but the tour guide really elevated the experience. He was very funny, knowledgable about every location he took us to, made the ride very entertaining with fun facts and his personal stories and we enjoyed all the drinks he recommended. We had a great experience and would definitely go again

Although the tour guide was late it was a fantastic trip. The bus driver was a delight, funny and informative. Gave us enough time at the wineries. Loved the first 2 wineries. Kozelmans didn’t love. They didn’t do the best with engaging customers but the last stop at Gretzky is near with a skating rink you can rent skates. Next to it is Trius winery in which you can walk thru Gretzky winery to. It had fantastic wines although had to pay for wine at that fourth stop whether you stayed at Gretzky or Trius. All and all though it was a great way to spend the day and not needing to drive and bonus having a fun bus driver.

The tour guides are amazing! We had Tina this time and she had lots of information and fun facts that just positively added to the experience. This is our 3rd tour and always enjoyable. A great selection of wineries! We went on the tour to return to Caroline's and Cornerstone wineries are were not disappointed, also went to a brewery and Vieni and all made for a great day. THANK YOU TINA!
It was also a pleasure seeing Joe again, the other tour guide on the 2nd bus, he was also amazing on our previous tours.

The Niagara Wine tour and tastings was a great weekend activity. Lots of fun and opportunities to try locally made Ontario’s wines and beer. The bus was comfortable and the driver was informative , with comedic conversations.

We've been on several wine tours with Niagara Fun Tours....the day is leisurely and informative. The wine's good too. Our Driver Joe (whom we have travelled with before) is outgoing and invites interactions with the other guests. We met some very nice American visitors and we included them with open arms and kind words... they are welcome to come back and tour with us anytime!!

None of these vineyards were in Niagara on the Lake. All in Wanona or St Catherine's. False advertising! If we wanted St. Catherine's we would have stayed there. We didn't go to the first vineyard on our list called Carolines, but to a horrible family farm that wasn't a vineyard. They gave us wine and cider in a small plastic cup, surrounded by the smell of diesel fumes, noise and wasps. The brewery was in St. Catherine's by the QEW noisey and in an industrial area. We didnt want a brewery. One vineyard was the best at Vieni. Last vineyard we found out from the large group that was there that they went to the vineyard Carolines the one we were to go to. So we didn't have a Niagara wine tasting experience. It would have been better going to vineyards on our own in Niagara on the Lake. There are so many to choose from.

This was a lovely little tour, but the information provided by viator is incorrect.
We visited 4 amazing little vineyards and tasted some lovely wines so I would recommend this to any one considering however take no notice of instructions from viator!!
The information from viator is outdated.
Pick up information states 9.45 and tells you to wait outside a hotel that no longer exists! We spent ages looking for the hotel it tells you stand outside before deciding we had to be in the right place as 2 out of the 3 points of identification worked. It also tells you pick up is 9.45 but it is actually 10.00am. The description also tells you that you visit 4 vineyards and 1 brewery but again that is incorrect.
However I would still recommend this trip but what I have learnt is always look at website of company organising tour to verify viator's narrative.
As a side note the company organising tour did send an email via viator to confirm Pick up details and description of the day but as I didn't have roaming in Canada i didnt pick it up until we got back to the hotel.

Everything was better than we could have ever imagined! The driver (owner) and Joey (guide) are SO good at their jobs. The tour was running late due to bus difficulties, but we managed to finish nearly on time, all while making all planned stops and at no point did we feel rushed at any of the stops. The winery and brewery staff at every location were so knowledgeable and wonderful. Lunch at the brewery was amazing. The driver and Joey did everything they could to make sure all participants had an amazing time. We were in Niagara for my sister's bachelorette, and this wine tour was such a wonderful experience - The staff at every point were excited, passionate about their art, and all around contributed to a great time.
The price of the tour was phenomenal, especially considering what you get in the price. Definitely better than the competition. The tour stops were perfect, and planned in the perfect order.
I can't recommend this tour enough, and we will be returning!

It was the worst wine tour I’ve ever experienced. I bought it for my friends and was absolutely mortified with the tour from beginning to end. Firstly, we were expecting a coach for our transportation, but instead a large school bus pulled up to our meeting point. From that point, things only got worse. Our first stop, at Caroline’s Winery, we were told by our “pourer” that she doesn’t like to “swirl” the glass because she can’t see that it makes a difference. The second stop had a wedding booked in conjunction with our tour so we were told we wouldn’t be allowed anywhere on the property except the retail store. At the end of our tour, our school bus driver/tour guide lost our $45 dollar ice wine on the bus somewhere. Needless to say, this day was a total disaster and I feel so embarrassed that I organized such a disappointing activity.

The tour guide “Joe” was engaging and informative. The three wineries showcased a variety of micro winery products around a wide geographic area.
The negative was the stop at a brewer for lunch. First, it was only the second stop. Second, no tasting was included though we weren’t told until we left and asked the bartender. Third, we weren’t told until not seated with the tour group so we did t get to experience getting to engage with the others (everyone picked their separate tables). So, this was a total waste of time.
I would suggest the “lunch stop” should be at a local winery and that the group be encouraged to sit together.

I took the tour with my wife, and we were both satisfied with it. Our guide was excellent, he told us a lot of interesting facts about the region and joked with us a bit. I don't remember his name very well, but it was good. The vineyards were good, the best was the second one, very pretty and the wines excellent. The brewery was good, although they only give you one tasting, you have to buy the rest. The food at this one was very good, and the last vineyard was also very nice. The only thing that could be improved was the transportation. The van was a bit old and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so on such a hot day it was a bit uncomfortable at some points, but for the rest everything was fine, we liked it.

Our experience was very bad. They brought a van that had no AC, in the middle of August with temperature high as 37°C. It was awful. The wineries were not prepared or set up properly, except the last one. We visited 4 wineries and the 3 of them were not good at all. And everytime we returned to the van our torture with the heat was starting.

Overall, the experience was great - the driver was friendly and nice.
What I did not like was the mode of transportation. The overview on your website mentioned a shuttle bus or touring van. We go on a school bus with no air conditioning! That day was a hot one, and air conditioning would have been nice.
