From the moment we got on the boat, Jason was so welcoming and professional. The whole experience was so relaxing and both Jason and the female lifeguard (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name) made sure we were comfortable and okay throughout, even when my 8 year didn’t want to go in the life guard was so gentle with her. It’s honestly been a long time since we’ve experienced customer service that felt this genuine and caring. They made us feel looked after from start to finish. Such a great experience. We had Wayne as our driver/tour guide. He was AMAZING! He had so much love, passion and information to share about Jamaica along the way. He didn’t just take us to the 2 destinations, he stopped off on the way at a variety of different locations, allowed us to walk around, take photographs and always made sure we were safe! He even stopped off at 7-mile beach too. We could take as little or as much time as we wanted at each destination and shared such amazing facts and history of Jamaica along the way. He even made a stop at a store where we could buy some more suitable shoes as he wanted us to be safe on the bamboo rafts! We felt incredibly safe and cared for in the company of Wayne. Anthony was Amazing!

Anthony, our tour driver, was absolutely amazing! He kept us entertained and educated throughout the drive, sharing information about the different parishes we traveled through. He even offered to stop so we could take photos at the Negril sign, which was such a thoughtful touch. Anthony truly went above and beyond, helping us get settled at the beach by arranging our umbrella and chairs and making sure we were comfortable. He also gave us fantastic local food recommendations that made our experience even more authentic. Overall, Anthony made our trip unforgettable. If I return to Jamaica, I will definitely be booking with him again. Do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony as your driver—you won't regret it!

Great experience. Rayon showed up early and waited for us as we were slightly delayed. He was very friendly and gave us a nice tour experience during our transfer to Negril by telling us information of each area we drove through. We felt very safe and enjoyed every minute of the drive. A fantastic and well-organized excursion ! The day was rich, diverse, and incredibly complete — from the peaceful Black River safari with crocodiles to the stunning YS Falls and the authentic Appleton Estate experience. Everything flowed smoothly, and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging throughout. It is a long day with quite a bit of travel, but absolutely worth it given how much you get to see and experience in one trip. Unforgettable Ocean Horseback Ride Experience in Jamaica

This was truly one of the most beautiful experiences we had in Jamaica. The property itself is stunning—over 900 acres of land where the horses are free to roam, which made the entire experience feel natural, peaceful, and well cared for. My husband rode a horse for the very first time, and we both got to ride in the ocean for the first time—something we will never forget. (He was convinced he was a Jamaican cowboy by the end 😂) Our guide, Rashid, was absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to teach us about Jamaican culture, the land, and the wildlife along the way. He also captured incredible photos and videos for us, which made the experience even more special. And as a bonus, we even saw peacocks on the property—which made my day! If you’re considering a horseback riding experience in Jamaica, I highly recommend Reggae Horseback Riding. It felt authentic, relaxed, and unforgettable.

Wonderful Experience

We had an amazing experience. We were picked up in a timely fashion. We did ask our driver if he would stop past a store so we could grab a case of water and some red stripe. It wasn’t an issue at all. We were thankful for that. The drive back to the airport was amazing as well. Ricardo pointed out all kinds of history and sites during our drive. He even pulled over so we could take a pic at the Negril sign.
