The driver going was great I believe his name was Michael or Malcolm. Very friendly. They decorated the van with a happy birthday banner and gave us complimentary drinks. Got us to our resort in a timely manner. The driver returning to the airport was a little slower but we made it to the airport on time. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. I would definitely book again. No complaints.

It was seamless and fantastic. The driver was at the airport waiting for us by the time we’d gotten our checked bag. He was very personable, talked to us about some of the history of the areas we drove through, and got us to our destination in a timely manner. It was a great experience and well be utilizing Viator to book future drivers as well.

Very accommodating to several arrival times

Richard (I believe this is how he spells it) was phenomenal! We had three different arrival times due to mechanical problems with the jet. Richard stayed till the evening to get us to our resort. He also accommodated us as our departing flight was scheduled for an earlier time. The company he works for should be proud yo have an employee like him.

We used them last October, they were on time on the way there and on the way back! On the way there we basically got a tour of the city, as we were driving. On the way back, the driver offered to stop at a souvenir shop for us to get some things if we had kids. So I plan on using them again in August.
