Overall we had a fantastic day. To start our driver Vanessa was amazing. She drove us to places so we would find certain items we were looking for. However, many stores were closed on a Sunday afternoon which limited our shopping experience. But our experience at Rick’s Café was amazing. From watching people jumping off the cliffs, listening to great music and eating delicious food. Vanessa even drove us to Best in the west for the best jerk chicken. A big thank you to Vanessa for a great day.

Demar is awesome! He picked us up on time, we made several stops on the way to Rick’s cafe. When we arrived at Rick’s he asked what time did we want to be picked back up. His vehicle was air conditioned, clean & very well maintained.

Wayne and Lewis were GREAT! Very professional and knowledgeable. They gave us a tour of the city and took us to the BEST restaurant. If we (myself and family) return, the plan is to book with his company and request them specifically. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There was no agenda for shopping. The driver asked us where we wanted to go prior to Rick’s. Umm, we don’t know where to shop😂
But, he ended up taking us to 2 nice stores and then to Rick’s. Rick’s Cafe is a must see in Negril. We had good food and drinks and the view and entertainment were excellent.

Demar was great! From the time he picked us up to the time he dropped us off, Demar was very pleasant, enthusiastic and informative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who will be booking a tour with Viator from Negril. For any future tours when I'm in Negril, I will request Demar.

This excursion was really nice! The shopping was ok (1st shop owner is really eager for you to buy something:-).
Rick’s Cafe was really nice and enjoyable.
One of our best parts was our personal driver “Demar Gray”. BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!”.

Our driver Demar was so darn cool and relaxed. He made our experience an experience. I mentioned to him I’ve never tasted soursop and before our trip was over he was able to make sure I did with a local vendor on the side of the road. I will never forget this and will definitely book him again when we return. He was the best even when we didnt use him he was able to get another driver to assist us when we wanted to visit Times Square again in Negril for a little more shopping. Thank you Demar

No activities before 4:00 sat with disappointing and somewhat boring to go before then
We really weren’t here to shop so only stayed a half hour in the shopping area. Our driver tray was awesome and was ready to take us whenever we were getting ready to go from shopping to ricks and picked us up early ha ha ha ha ha ha at our request.
That’s why I always choose Viator because the company is awesome and we are never disappointed at the quality of our drivers! Tour operators

Great trip with Shelton. Great guy and a lovely clean vehicle which took us to the shops we needed to go to and then over to Riks Cafe which was definitely worth a look. Probably not worth ordering food if you're in a hurry though.

Shelton was right on time to pick us up, he showed us all the best stops for shopping local souvenirs, ones where they do rum tasting. It was our last day and we really wanted to see 7 Mile beach so he dropped us there for a few minutes as well. He then took us to Ricks and patiently waited for us. Car was spacious and comfortable. Very polite and knowledgable driver. Thank you for making this a great experience!
