It was a nice experience. Good vibes, drinks and hookah. We had an amazing time. It was very relaxing. Would definitely do it again. Ask for Soulja boy, he had my raft decorated for my birthday. Ronaldo was our captain for the raft, he did a good job, took great pictures, and was good host with good customer service.

This experience was a happy place. We drank the rum punch, got mineral leg massages, and had a fun day. Highly recommend. Don't expect a real river though. It's more a drift and rum float.

The only thing I didn’t like was the length of the experience, wished it was longer/we could’ve continued further down the river. But Soulja Boy was our “raftor” and he was pleasant. Not overly showboating & talkative but also not super quiet. For me & my partner, it was perfect. Water refreshing. Weather was perfect. The bombarding of sales was a bit annoying but we understood. The lunch was chef’s kiss! 10/10 recommend. I forgot the lady’s stall that we stopped out but she was very sweet. As we were staying in negril, and the excursion was closer to Montevideo Bay, we’re relieved to have arranged the round trip transportation. Lord knows how much it would’ve cost.

Bamboo rafting was going smoothly until the rain started pouring down. Although they provided umbrellas, they were too small to shield us from the downpour, and we got soaked. However, the rain eventually stopped, and we managed to enjoy ourselves for the rest of the day.

This was definitely a fun experience, the limestone massage and the fresh coconut was everything lol. Our instructor was great so professional but what topped it off was our driver rayon he was amazing .

Our driver picked us up from Negril and took us to Montego Bay for the adventure. He was great and gave us knowledge about Jamaica. The best takeaway from the river is the food. We had jerk chicken, rice, and cabbage and I want to go back for the food. The river adventure just a fun place to take pictures and mingle with their culture. The foot massage was nice esp with the natural products they use.

Our captain Orville "Souljah Boy" was the best! He took great care of my cousin and I. He was funny, entertaining, played great music, and had us hype the whole time. The limestone massage was great and he took a lot of pics for us. Only thing I will say is, if you use your own transportation to this excursion make sure you contact the tour operator to let them know when you're arriving so someone from the company will be waiting for you. I didn't know who was who when I arrived. Other than that, this was a great excursion for a great price. The tour operator got back to me very fast when I contacted them.

By far the worst excursion I have ever booked with this Viator. The location was listed as Negril Jamaica but it was actually in Montego Bay. The tour operator was extremely rude and condescending not to mention forceful. During our Whatsapp conversation I heard kids screaming in the background. I asked for a refund because we were unable to get to the far location and he refused. Contacted Viator and recieved horrible customer service. Very disappointing!

We would like to clarify that all our guests who choose to transport themselves, including your group, are provided with precise meeting locations, Google Maps links, and coordinates well in advance of their scheduled tours.
Though we do not understand how you got the area of your tour confused, our team made every effort to assist you in finding the correct meeting point on the day of your excursion. However, it was mentioned that your group, after a lively night in Montego Bay, did not want to get out and do the tour that day. As explained, we do not allow same day cancellations as your rafting captain and all rafts were already prepared for your arrival at the time you scheduled. We attempted to accommodate your group by offering rescheduling options and adjusting the scheduled time, but unfortunately, our efforts were met with unfavorable language from you/your group.
We regret that we couldn't provide you with the extraordinary experience on Lethe River as planned. We genuinely hope that, despite the circumstances, you still had a positive time during your stay in Jamaica.
For future bookings, we recommend considering our transportation option next time to reduce the risks of getting the area confused on the way to your meeting location.

We had a wonderful experience. The business owner/tourist guide went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction even when things beyond his control didn't go according to plan. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage, coconut, and sugar cane. We also had food from a local restaurant that was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the country's history and brought our experience to life with conversation we shared along the journey.

Amazing Tour! Me and my wife booked this tour while in Jamaica. Our driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel. On the way to the location, he went over some history with us about the country. He also went above and beyond to make sure we got extra time to make additional stops. I will definitely book this again when we come back to Negril.

I did not like the music that was played during the rafting. Loud and ratchet. Too many rafts bumping into each other and no where to go. We only had lunch and got her feet massaged, and that was it no more rafting back to the beginning. It was definitely not worth the money! Home.

Guests are typically able to choose the music that is played on their own raft, but we of course can not control what’s played on others…. Viator has little to no understanding of the method in which the locals organize transportation to the places where the excursions are happening. They scheduled us for a 12:30 pick up when the Lethe river shuttle only picks up @ 8:30 & 9:30. By the time me and my wife found this out, the last shuttle had already left, thus ruining our plans for the day. Luckily a local worker rearranged some things for us to have an opportunity to do it the next day, but I still had to pay another $200 (which is still cheaper than what viator charged me). On top of Viator's incompetence they have refused to refund me, even though the fault is none but their own

This was such a relaxing excursion. The limestone massage was very nice. The tour guide was amazing and even gave us a little bit about the history of Jamaica as we passed certain spots in the way to the excursion. Would definitely do this again!
