Book this awesome and educational tour now!
This was the best tour experience ever! I highly recommend you book this tour. First, our guide Tim was on-time, friendly and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions. The tour itself was awesome and educational, we learned so much about how the Maasai live. Also everyone in the village was nice and welcoming. We left with a better understanding and appreciation of the Maasai culture. Thanks to you both Tim (best guide) and Alfred (Maasai chief) !

We got pick up by Steve.....
We got pick up by Steve.. who may I say was an excellent guide. He introduced him self when he first call.. he welcomed up as we arrived at the fan.. he opened the door for us.. on our way to the elephant orphanage he was telling us all about the surrounding areas and telling us interesting facts. We arrived and he showed us the best spot and the orphanage and he even gave us a little briefing on what will happen before it even began. Steve made our day so much better and I just want to thank Steve for a brilliant day

Best park tour in town!
If you are looking for the best of the animal spots in Nairobi, you MUST choose this tour!!! The 4 hour park visit was wonderful - just be sure to get your tickets online before you go. The Girafffe Center visit was busy but very easy to find a spot to feed the giraffe. Last but not least, The Sheldrick Elephant and Rhino orphanage was FANTASTIC!!!! But the best part of our day was our driver, Joel. He is a wonderful man who clearly wants you to have the best time. He went out of his way to accommodate us after a very rocky start caused by a last minute Hotel change. He was professional, courteous, and kind. Thank you, Joel!!! One note, be sure you have lots of shillings to cover each location, especially if you have a big group. The notes tell you costs in USD but all fees have to be paid in Kenya shillings.

Wild Kenya at Your Doorstep: Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage & Giraffe Center
Our tour to Nairobi National Park, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (Elephant Orphanage), and the Giraffe Centre was an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to explore Kenya’s wildlife — especially if you’re staying in Nairobi. We were picked up exactly on time from our hotel by Watson, an amazing tour guide and a wonderful person. From the very first moment, we knew we were in great hands. During the drive, he shared so much about Kenya’s rich history, culture, and of course the uniqueness of Nairobi National Park — a full safari experience located just about 20 minutes from our hotel. It’s truly incredible to have such wildlife so close to a major city! We started our game drive at 6:15 AM and continued until 11:40 AM — and what an experience it was! Nairobi National Park is an excellent place to do a safari in Kenya, especially if you’ve just landed in Nairobi and don’t have time for a long trip to Amboseli National Park or other distant parks. It offers an authentic safari experience with breathtaking views and incredible wildlife sightings. We saw so many animals up close — and I truly mean very close! Lions, several giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, eagles, impalas, baboons, warthogs, ostriches, and many more. Watching these magnificent animals in their natural environment is something completely different from seeing them anywhere else. The photography and videos we captured were simply amazing. Watson made sure we were always in the best possible spot for viewing and capturing these beautiful moments. After the game drive, we headed to the Elephant Orphanage, where orphaned baby animals are rescued and gradually rehabilitated before being released back into the wild. At the time of our visit, there were: • 12 orphan baby elephants • 2 baby rhinos • 1 baby zebra All of them absolutely adorable. The caretakers fed them while explaining their personal stories — how and where they were rescued, and how they are slowly prepared to return to their natural habitat. It was both emotional and inspiring to see the dedication and love behind this work. We even had the amazing opportunity to pet them — a truly unforgettable moment. Our final stop was the Giraffe Centre, where we got to feed 4–5 large, beautiful giraffes. Being face-to-face with these gentle giants and feeding them by hand is such a unique and joyful experience. There’s something magical about being that close to such graceful animals. By the end of the day, we returned to our hotel feeling grateful, inspired, and amazed. A huge thank you to Watson for his professionalism, punctuality, knowledge, and warmth. He made the entire experience smooth, educational, and incredibly enjoyable. If you’re in Nairobi and want an authentic safari experience without traveling far, this tour is absolutely perfect. It combines wildlife, conservation, education, and unforgettable close encounters — all within a single day. Highly, highly recommended!

Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital, is a gateway to outdoor experiences such as wildlife safaris and ascents of Mt. Kenya. You’ll want a guide to help you access these experiences, whether you choose to venture into the wilds of Amboseli National Park, float on Lake Nakuru, or trek to the summit of Africa’s second-highest peak. To experience Kenya like a local, you can also explore a local market and take a cooking class.
