I recently traveled to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday with a group of girlfriends, and using Chris’s car service was one of the best decisions we made on the entire trip. From start to finish, everything was super smooth and safe! The communication leading up to our arrival gave me complete peace of mind as planning a group trip is usually very stressful. When we landed, Chris was punctual, warm, incredibly welcoming, and it truly set the tone for the entire experience. What stood out the most to me was how safe and comfortable we felt the entire time. Traveling in a different country, especially with a group, safety is always a top priority and Chris exceeded all expectations. His vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, and he was not only a skilled driver but also respectful and knowledgeable about the area. We also requested to see some off the beaten (non-touristy) spots and Chris guided us to local destinations where we truly got a real Jamaican experience with different scenery to trying delicious local spots to eat. Throughout our stay, every ride with Chris was seamless, on time, and completely stress-free. We were able to fully relax, enjoy each moment, and celebrate without worrying about transportation logistics at all. He even let my friends decorate his vehicle for my bday to make it festive which was super nice of him to do! I would highly recommend his car service to anyone visiting Jamaica who wants a reliable, professional, and safe transportation experience. Five stars all the way!

For cheaper, budget minded people this was a great transport, you may end up sharing ride and stopping at other resorts for drop off/pick up but it’s worth it. We arrived on a Monday and had 3 stops to make, with ours being the last all the way to Ocho Rios from Montego airport. It was roughly a 2 hr drive. We returned on a Friday and having an early morning flight they still picked us up at 5am no issues and we had the van to ourselves all the way back to Montego airport. Bernard was very nice easy to talk to and understand, pointing out different areas along the way and answering questions. Definitely recommend

The experience was good and Fitzroy was excellent with different stories and history of Jamaica on the trip down. However our arrival was a bit confused. Messaged as soon as the plane landed and went to collumn E as directed, and there was no one there with a sign with my name on it.
