I was a solo traveler,so i booked this shoot as a treat to myslef. The photos was taken with a drone and seemed very organized when i got my pictures on the computer i was told i had to pick 5 that needed to be edited which they all seemed fine to me once i recythe photos they seem very blurry even with the edited pictures. I will not do this shoot again, i have seen others came out much clearer from other tour guides. Bad quality

A very respectable young group of guys who have patience, will walk you through you poses, and let you select your pics. I would recommend Levon 🤩😍 even though all were very good. Nick brought me back to my hotel safely.

The photo and video I received was great. They tell you what to do and how to pose for your pictures and video.
The downside was that I had to pay a taxi to get there even though i was supposed to have pick up and drop off included. In a shared taxi, everyone had to pay a $40 fee.

Guides were nice and very patient. I gave it a 3/5 because the photos didn’t wow me. They were just ok. I was expecting amazing photos but they came out decent.

Tre and Levaugn and the rest of the crew were excellent and professional. They were on time with their pick up photo shoot was excellent. They made you laugh. Smile and feel so comfortable. No insecurities when they are around. Highly recommend booking your photo/video with them! They made our trip to Jamaica even more special. Haven’t received our edited photos and nobody is responding as far as trying to contact them. Spending over $200 and not getting what we paid for is bad business and I won’t be recommending to anyone I see there are 2 places who take these photos so I don’t
Know if the other ones business is better or not but overall the experience was fun just wish we could get in contact with someone about our photos.

I traveled to Jamaica for my 40th birthday. It was my gift to myself. I booked this in advance.
Good
(1) I love water so the experience was nice.
(2) pictures came out ok
(3) pick up and drop off from hotel to photo shoot
Bad
(1) I wanted to do some of my own poses but I felt like I couldn't.
(2) it didn't say 5 days until receipt of pictures on site. Might want to put that on there.
(3) Didn't get the pictures until 7+ days later. They said they sent it but never received. Didn't like the response.
All in all, it was an ok experience and I'm glad I was able to do them at least once. I wish my experience was better but at least it was nice to take photos. L

It was imperative we recover the malfunctioned drone to recover the memory card that contained several photos from previous shoots. Again we apologize for your inconvenience. The driver was great, they essentially sent a taxi for me. Got to the beach and was able to start the photo shoot rather quickly. Was able to view and pick my photos. However, the excursion should mention you only get 5 photos and 1 video for the price in the description. It’s a little steep and there were other tour operators that were offering up to 12 photos for slightly more. It’s the end of day 4 and I still don’t have my photos. I did receive my video on the day of the shoot.

I wish I had a better experience with my daughter. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday the day of the shoot, the driver Omar was amazing and we are so thankful for having him as a driver that was the only good experience. When we got there I couldn’t believe that was the location and the big guy at the gate tried to make money of us asking for entry fee when it clearly say it’s covered, we didn’t received not a water bottle people was just everywhere. They had me waiting over an hour because they didn’t have the flowers available ok we waited when the flowers finally arrived the dude had the audacity to ask the driver in patro can he take another group before us. The driver reply absolutely NOT these people been here since 9am from an hour and half drive now it was almost 11:00 am and u guys still wants them to wait that was crazy to me. Until today I still haven’t received any of the pictures yet. The guy that was directing my daughter in the kayak was very rude and tried to rush my daughter through the shoot. I just wish we had a better experience for the price I paid

One charge for entrance and one does not. We do not. Again, we apologize for the confusion. We hope the birthday girl enjoyed her photos.

The driver was late and had an attitude. He also made comments that made us feel unsafe. We get to the shoot and there are hagglers everywhere! The boat is super rocky and they refuse to retake the photos. The sun was shining directly in my eyes so all of my photos are squinting. I feel like I wasted my money on this and this is what I was most excited for. They should really do better

This was a great experience that my girlfriend talked me into. If you’re not photogenic like me, no worries because the photographer will show you how to pose. It took a little while for me to get the pictures back but it was worth the wait. They absolutely did a fantastic job and I’d do it all over again.

No bottle of water was offer my apt and was at 930 at 1200 I have still not been seen . Their attitude was nasty and they stayed private transportation was included me and my cousin had to pay the driver 80 dollars a piece . So now I’m out of 220 plus 80 that equal 300 due this tour person who is unprofessional and not reliable . Even tho I put the wrong location down for pick up I did reach out to them soon as they open to inform them I’ll be getting pick up with my cousin . And I never got my photo shoot I inform them I had other obligations to attend to can they refund me for there inconvenience

This review is very unjust and unwarranted considering the circumstances of your booking. Our driver was late simply because you booked the wrong hotel - you made the mistake of booking RIU Ocho Rios and not RIU Montego Bay, resulting in our driver having to travel two hours away expecting to receive you for your booking only to find out that both our petrol and our time were wasted and you were in fact at another location. With that being said, we still attempted to accommodate your request by arranging for another driver to pick you up from your hotel in Montego Bay. Lenisha, our services are in high demand and as such we are very busy and unfortunately this was the case while we were handling the aftermath of your booking. As such, we take sole accountability for the lack of attentiveness provided by our representative as we were experiencing a high volume of bookings at that time. However, despite the challenges faced, we had agreed for you to receive a refund on the photoshoot booked as with everything happening it would have been impossible to facilitate the service booked for the time frame expected, with that being said- we are confused and hurt by your review as the issue was predominantly your fault and our company had agreed to issue you the refund to rectify the inconvenience face.
In the future, I do hope that you practice leaving fair, just and warranted reviews. This is very detrimental to the success of small businesses.

Easy to book. The transport picks you up from the hotel. The drive was 30 minutes to the photo shoot spot. You are transported in an air conditioned vehicle. The photographers were friendly. The driver was friendly and very accommodating. You get to pick 5 photos for edits and get the video immediately after the shoot. The photos came within 3 days, which they tell you prior to leaving the location.
