I used this service for my airport pick up and departure transfer. Both the drivers (Odean and Eric) were so lovely and kind. They took the time to point out various landmarks to me on my way to my hotel. I felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveler! Will definitely be using again when I come back to Montego Bay, and highly recommend for your travels!

We have no major complaints as the drivers were accommodating and was helpful with pointing out things as we went to the hotel. We did get pulled over by the police as he was caught speeding lbvs!

The driver not only was on his phone the entire time but started texting and ordering items off line! The worst experience, he didn’t get my bags or anything! This trip cost me $134. I should’ve took a taxi!

My driver was friendly... At the airport I asked if making a stop at Kaya House was an option and I was told "yes." The airport rep told the driver about the stop, but at no point was an extra fee mentioned by either. It wasn't until we were in route that I was told that there was an extra $30 cash charge for the extra stop. This is a policy that should be in writing and/or at minimum be communicated by the airport rep. And if this isn't a policy, then this is a heads up that your driver is hustling/scamming customers.

Both of my drivers were amazing! "Biggz" was my driver from the airport upon arriving in Jamaica. He was so polite and very informative. He point out different landmarks along the route to give me the full tour experience. Glen was my driver from the hotel back to the airport. He was very funny and courteous. I left my phone on the vehicle when I got out and he bought it back to me in time for me to make my flight. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants a safe and enjoyable ride and from the airport.

Very friendly drivers who provided us to its a round trip to and from the airport. Our driver Damion was awesome. On the ride to our hotel he gave us a brief tour on the resorts we passed by as well as some history of the area. He made great conversations during our ride and it was very enjoyable.

I would use the service again in a heartbeat. The owner was nice, responsive and provided proper communication prior to the pickup. The dispatcher at Montego Bay airport was really nice. The driver was punctual, very professional and super nice. I highly recommend this transportation service to anyone in Jamaica who need a ride from the airport or an excursion.

Eric meet us outside the airport. He was very friendly, he took our bags to the car and made sure we had a car seat for my 3 year old son. Michael was our driver and he was excellent. He showed us Usaine Bolts’ high school and answered our questions about best food try on our trip. Overall we had great service!

Overall it went smoothly and we had great service from both drivers, who were friendly & helpful.
There was no sign to greet us but otherwise, the location provided led us to the right spot to meet our driver initially. When booking through Viator, it was also marked as completed prior to the return trip so I had to confirm that there was still a ride service pending to complete the round-trip booking.
I contacted the operator through the app and was able to receive confirmation and request a pick-up time.
