Our driver Marc was Terrific! Very informative, easy going, made sure we stopped to eat and shop in addition to visiting the blue hole. He hooked us up with a great guide Marvin at the falls. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. Would highly recommend this excursion!!

So our driver Mark was phenomenal. Really cool dude, easy to talk to, informative & got us some delicious sweet potato pudding bread which was absolutely delicious.
One weird thing I had that put me off was our separate guide (not our driver) for the actual blue hole/secret Falls was literally asking me for a $40 or $50 tip “to make him happy” while we were still in the middle of the tour.
I was literally on the bridge before jumping into the blue hole and tells me I should be tip him that much. Which I thought was excessive for a 30 minute tour
And maybe asking for tips is normal here, even though it was the only time someone actually asked me for a tip since being in Jamaica for 5 days but I just felt pretty put off & weird by it.
Still had a great time though & thought it the pools were gorgeous.
If you want to beat the crowd go early, I still highly recommend. Maybe just don’t be asking for tips in the middle of the tour like that.

Regarding the tipping situation at the falls, we understand how uncomfortable that could feel. The guides at the Blue Hole are independent operators with no connection to our company. They rely solely on tips for their income, but we agree that timing is important, and this could have been handled more appropriately.

We had an awesome time on this trip! Romain was such a good driver/tourguide, he got us to YS falls comfortably and got us local fruit to try, which was amazing. The falls were beautiful and the guides there were great, overall a fantastic day. Especially if you are with your family and did not rent a vehicle, it's very cool to have a full car with a private guide. Would recommend!!

Our driver Dale was the best! Kept us safe and made all the stops for the food we wanted to try. Blue Hole was so incredible and worth the drive from Montego Bay. Less crowded then the other waterfalls the cruise excursions were going to. Dale gets bonus points for getting us back before the line to get back on the ship started. Don’t hesitate on booking this tour!

The tour company actually recommended the Ys waterfall tour and pelican bar trip instead because the travel time would have been over 5 hours. I appreciated they were honest about the length of the trip and found us a closer one. Charles our tour guide was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable and brought many laughs to the day. We were the first group to arrive at Ys falls and basically had them to ourself! I know from other reviews others have said it’s too crowded but this was so private. Also having a personal tour guide definitely put us at an advantage because Charles knew all the people and got us a good guide for the falls! Pelican bar was also a must, so cool to just relax there.

Our driver guide, Charles, and falls guide, Marvin, were both great!!! Both were super nice, & knowledgeable. Marvin took pictures and videos the entire time on our phone and Charles even took us to get food afterwards on our way back.

It actually wasn't the tour operators fault, but we didn't end up going to Blue Hole & Secret Falls. I didn't realize it when I booked this tour, but Blue Hole & Secret Falls is a 4-hour drive from where we were staying in Negril. Our private guide for the day, Adrian, was absolutely willing to take us to Blue Hole & Secret Falls, but no one in my group wanted to sit in a car for four hours one way and another four hours back.
Adrian pivoted very quickly and suggested another destination that was closer to Negril - YS Falls - which is about 90 minutes away from Negril and just as beautiful. Adrian was a wonderful guide/driver. We enjoyed talking to him about the culture, the people, the language and the food of Jamaica. When we got to YS Falls, he took care of everything and told us to spend as much time enjoying YS Falls.
On our way to YS Falls, we talked to Adrian a lot about Jamaican patties and what he thought were the best patties (my husband's family is Jamaican so he's grown up eating patties). Since we didn't do a full-day tour, Adrian got the okay from the tour company to take us out to lunch at a local patty shop that he deemed to be the best patty.
While our tour didn't go according to the description, we ended up designing our own tour and it turned out to be a perfect day. We didn't spend the most of the day in the car. We saw and experienced beautiful YS Falls. We dined on delicious patties. We had an amazing driver and company for our outing!

We were nervous about venturing out on our own but this tour was amazing!!! our guide Dale was so kind very informative. I highly recommend this tour, everything from pick up to drop off was just perfect.

Adrian was a fantastic tour guide and took excellent care of our family throughout our day trip. While the water clarity at the Blue Hole wasn't the best due to recent rains, it was still an amazing experience enjoying the waterfalls. Adrian made sure Marvin, the best guide at the falls took care of us in the water.
A perfect example of this companies' willingness to go above and beyond - while on a private Negril tour with this same company my wife saw and loved a wood carving of a Jamaica Santa Claus that was made by a beach vendor, but decided not to purchase it at the time. After we returned to our resort in Montego Bay, she regretted not purchasing the Santa Claus carving and wished she had. I called the company and Adrian picked it up for us and went out of his way to bring it to our resort. We enjoyed the Jamaica Santa Claus this past Christmas on our mantle and only wished we were back in Jamaica!
Amazing tour guides and great company! One of the best parts of our vacation.

Charles was our tour guide. He was super chill and great conversation! He had a great sense of humor and he had a lot of fun with my last name - Outlaw lol but he was patient with us, he kept us safe and from being pushed up on by locals who were selling things. He took me to get my first Pattie!

This was awesome, the blue holes were gorgeous and definitely a site to see and cool down in. I highly recommend.
We drove about an hour here from Montego and what made the ride there so awesome was our driver AKA Mr.Google, Alrick Allen! Seriously, he has THE BEST personality for this job...I think he's meant to be doing what he does. We were so comfortable with him immediately and he had us laughing the whole way there and back. Thank you for that, Alrick! : More importantly, thank you for stopping for that sweet potato pie that I'm craving right now!

Best driver ever! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name wish I did because we will be back and would like to use his services again.
Blue Hole and Secret falls was amazing and I definitely would recommend everyone to visit. Dwayne was an excellent tour guide. Very professional and helpful as there are some slippery spots! Our other tour guide Weezy added humour. We certainly laughed during the whole tour. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

We have done many excursions in the past 30 years and this was one of the best ever! Alrick was an outstanding guide and driver. This was so much better than a big company excursion, full of local adventures not touristy items and full of custom requests. I have 4 sons and they had the time of their life!
