Great experience

The guide/driver took a reverse tour for us and that worked out really well since we covered the distance in the beginning when we were all sleepy and outside was foggy. The moment we reached the first view point, the fog had cleared up so it was perfect timing. The tour was very well organized and all the points were fabulous. Bill was a great driver...

Bill was a great driver and had a lot of knowledge about the tour stops and sights along the way. Be advised that the roads wind around a lot and you will get motion sick if you’re prone to that. My friend was out for nearly the whole trip and couldn’t even look at the views. If you don’t get motion sick, it’s a great time!

Animals Galore!

A full day out of the city to explore the beautiful Phillip island and the lovely seaside town of Cowes before ending the tour watching the penguins during twilight. The first stop at Moonlit Sanctuary was a great start feeding the Ozzie wildlife before we continued on the tour. Overall a very enjoyable day out in the capable hands of our driver and tour guide Craig. He did an excellent job indeed!

Very relaxed, not to serious on the tasting. Small enough gang to mix and chat with everyone. The tour guide, Matt was a great laugh, leading the Happy Birthday for my very embarrassed 23 year old son. Lunch was great and the views from each of the stops were amazing. Jools and Gumnut

We had an amazing experience on the Great Ocean Drive, and a big part of that was thanks to Jools, our tour guide for the day. Jools genuinely took great care of the group, making sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the journey. What really stood out was the effort to take a few thoughtful detours along the way, giving us the chance to spot wildlife we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Those moments made the trip feel much more special and memorable. Jools was also incredibly patient throughout the day, never rushing us and always allowing plenty of time at each stop—whether it was for meals or simply soaking in the stunning lookout points. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and well-paced. Overall, a fantastic guide who clearly cares about delivering a great experience. Highly recommend!

The was an awesome tour! Matt was our guide. He was on time for his pick up from an easy pick up location. Comfortable ride that took about an hour. Then got us to the train easily. The rain forest walk was great. Matt took videos of us on the train and shared them with us. He was very knowledgeable younger guy. It’s nice to go on a tour and not have someone old and boring. Also Matt explained the timeline and it was accurate. Gave great heads up when restrooms would be available. Highly recommend! Matt is the best!

Great Tour with a Great Guide

The tour was exactly as billed, if not better. Vicky picked us up right on time and provided excellent commentary on our way out of town. There was an accident that slowed us down, but Vicky still got us where we needed to be at specific times. The lunch stop included several great options to choose from. The Koala stop was better than expected because several of the Koalas were really quite close. I was surprised how motionless they were for most of the time, but I found out that they sleep 20 hours per day! We did see a little motion here and there. We passed by the Penguin Parade and rode out to the point. On the way back to the Penguin Parade, VIcky stopped to point out one echidna and many kangeroos on the side of the road. Most importantly, Vicky gave us excellent instructions on where to sit for the parade and which boardwalk to take back to the visitor center to maximize the number of penguins that we could see in the evening. All in all, it was a great tour and great value for the money.

Amazing Wildlife!

What a fun day exploring and getting up close and personal with many of the exotic Australian Animals! Our tour guide Aleks was the best! She gave us a lot of history about the different areas we visited that day and included some fun stories. We never felt rushed and she made our day very enjoyable. She gave us some good info on where to stand or walk to see different animals…she also made sure that our bus was visible and easy to find at each stop—loved her twinkling lights on the bus at night so we could find it easy too— very much appreciated! I really enjoyed our time at the moonlit sanctuary and feeding the kangaroos and wallabies. The informational show the staff puts on was very interesting too. We enjoyed seeing the beach swim boxes and beaches. The cliff area was interesting where the penguins also live, & she showed us some wild kangaroos too, but my favorite excursion was the penguin parade on Phillips Island! Aleks told us what was the best scenario so we had time to get dinner, shop, and see the penguins come out of the ocean. She also told us to walk over to one side on way out to hear and possibly see the penguins in their burrows. The entire experience is one I will always cherish as a lifetime memory! A great day out learning about so many different wines and all the different requirements needed for a great harvest. Our guide was extremely pleasant and jovial. Full of good local knowledge & answered lots of our questions. So nice to meet & mix with lovely people from all over the world
