Top Maui Ghost Tours

The tour was wonderful. The views were stunning as we had a perfect sunrise. It’s definitely cold so prepare to dress warm. Our tour guide Preston was very knowledgeable. We do suggest there be an age requirement. There was a one year old and three year old that did nothing but scream and cry the whole time. From the time we boarded the bus at 2:30 am, while outside watching the stars then the sunrise and the whole ride home. A total of 9 hours of screaming crying kids!! The parents didn’t even try to quiet them down. They ruined many of our once in a lifetime experience! We could not hear most of what Preston was telling us about. He did apologize and asked us at different spots if we had questions because he could tell we couldn’t hear him. Please please leave small children behind and think of others. We all spent a lot of money and should not have had to deal with that. At one point we thought about getting an uber back to our hotel The tour was breathtaking and we recommend Preston!!! We would request him if we ever have a chance to do it again.

Loved the down the mountain bike ride. Excellent tires and brakes on my bike. Watching the sunrise and the stop off before for star gazing were awesome. Tour Guide Corey was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Made for an amazing day. Thank you! Some recommendations to make it even better: 1) We arrived at your shop at 3am because we were told 3:20am was a mandatory cutoff. No one opened the door until 3:17am. And then checkin didn't start until 3:30am. Wish we would have known that there was more flexibility. 2) No coffee or breakfast for sale in your shop. 3) Would be nice if the all the turns down the mountain were marked with signage back to your shop, or with painted markings on the road.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Maui and chose this particular tour based on reviews. We came over from The United Kingdom and we’d never been to Hawaii before. Although we had a hire car, we decided not to drive the road to Hāna and instead join a tour so we could really take it all in without the hassle of navigating the roads. First and foremost, the sights and experiences on the tour were truly amazing. The organisation of the trip was excellent. We had so much fun! All the stops along the way were all just perfect. However what truly made the day was our tour guide; Marty. Marty made an effort to ensure everyone was included in the group and made everyone feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable about his tour and provided facts and stories during the day. But what stood out to us was how he genuinely cared about his guests. He, somehow, remembered everyone’s names from the start! He went out of his way to ensure we all had enough water, juices, snacks etc throughout the trip. He ran a great tour by ensuring we all knew what time to be back at the van, the best things to do at each stop, etc. But Marty never left us! He was helping people in and out of the water, taking photos, even informing us of which rocks may be slightly slippy. Marty made a special effort with us and took so many photos of us, referring to us as the newly weds! We really felt so welcome on Maui. You can just tell the type of guy Marty is even by the way he looked out for other tour guides, shop workers, and other tourists at the stops and en route along the road!
