During the journeys I will tell you the history of the area and its traditions, the vines and the peculiarities of the area. We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Chianti Classico territory and, after touching the vineyards and visiting the cellars, we will taste the wines produced. We will have lunch at a beautiful winery in Panzano in Chianti (FI, after visiting the vineyards and cellars, then in the afternoon we will move to Radda Chianti (SI) or Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI) depending on availability. While in Lucca, tack an easy day trip to the Chianti region onto your itinerary. Your tour leader eliminates the hassle of navigating on your own so that you can take in the sweeping countryside views along the way. After a wine tasting with food pairings at a Chianti vineyard, continue on to the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. Round-trip transport is included for your convenience.
