What are people saying about Kotor

Best of The Best
Picked up by our driver / guide Mirko who was so attentive. He was on time, speaks perfect English, has traveled and worked in the US and is from a small Montenegro village. We hit all the sights and went up the serpentine road into a beautiful valley where we had a snack and relaxed. Then we had a choice to make - go one way to a destination where we would climb more than 450 steps or go the opposite directions and see the old Royal City. The city was lovely. Mirko made sure we were comfortable and he let us out several times close to where we would see the attractions and went to park. He is a graduate of the school of travel and tourism and he has a great knowledge of his country’s history. This is a wonderful tour and he is a wealth of knowledge and delightful to speak with. Do it!!

The Best Way to See the Bay of Kotor
We had such a wonderful time on this tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor! The catamaran was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of places to relax, whether you wanted to soak up the sun or sit in the shade. Our guide, Nina, was fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and an excellent storyteller. We especially loved hearing the history behind Our Lady of the Rocks—it made the visit so much more meaningful. One of our favorite parts of the day was having three opportunities to swim: after visiting Our Lady of the Rocks, at the Blue Cave, and once more toward the end of the tour. It was the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overall, this was an amazing way to experience the entire Bay of Kotor. We're so glad we chose the full-day tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

460 steps to Lovcen NP with amazing view (beware of bugs on the top). Boat ride in the river is worth !
We booked this tour based on the reviews on Viator and it di not disappoint us. Tour guide was amazing and he did make changes because of the high heat which was very mindful. All the points were covered and worth visiting. We could not see lotuses though but some birds and some air made our boat ride worth it. You can swim in the water but it was warm and full with tiny fishes. Do not forget to take photos/videoes while going up via gandola as your next journey starts in car/bus from the top. Lovcen NP has 460 steps but view from the top is stunning !

Was a great little trip...
Was a great little trip to see 3 of Montenegro's awesome sights! Be aware that you have to swim to get to the Blue Cave. It's not a long distance, but if you're not a very strong swimmer (like me) it may be tiring. I recommend a life jacket. Also, if you're familiar with the Blue Cave in Croatia, this is NOT the same thing. Very blue and very pretty and still worth seeing, but not glowing like the Croatian cave. The speedboat was very comfortable; the guide and driver were super friendly and accommodating. Also, 20 minutes may seem a short ammount of time to be at the Our Lady of the Rocks Church, but it is a very small island and church, so I found it to be perfect. Although you do a drive-by of Perast, you do not stop. I recommend going to visit the town on your own, though!
