Owen made the experience very enjoyable. He was factual in his information delivery but made it very entertaining at the same time. He elicited very good participation from the group, was eager to meet everyone’s needs and went out his way to ensure the wildlife experience as fulfilling as possible. Highly recommend this adventure with Owen as guide.

Great trip thanks to Logan.
Logan was quite simply a phenomenal guide! His knowledge and ability to spot birds was exceptional and his knowledge of the area made our trip so enjoyable. Unfortunately we didn’t see many animals like bears or moose which was a shame but the weather wasn’t really that great. If it weren’t for Logan we would probably have been quite disappointed.

Was picked up at the meeting point on time! Boarded the bus and Jake introduced himself and went around passengers introduced themsrlves i thoiught this was a good ice breaker. Jake was very knowledgeable can you couldn tell he enjoyed his work. He stopped when anyone saw an animal. Hiking part of the your was also very good even in the rain... Thanks Jake

  • Though the hiking trails at Maligne Canyon are not wheelchair accessible, the Maligne Canyon Restaurant and Gift Shop (open May–October) is. An asphalt path near the restaurant leads to an accessible viewpoint.

  • The smooth bedrock of the canyon can be slippery, so wear appropriate footwear.
